Thank you so much for having us Sara! The house was perfectly located - easy walk to lots of fantastic cafes and restaurants and an easy uber to anywhere around the city. Lovely well decorated home with great amenities! Clean and tidy! Beds were super comfy which is always a plus! The only thing to note is the stairs are steep which Sara was kind enough to warn us about but definitely consider if you have any mobility restrictions! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this location 🙂

Fabulous location with great cafe across the road, playground next door and the village shops around the corner. Place was nicely appointed with comfortable beds. Donna was v responsive and provided great suggestions of places to visit.

Great little house with pet friendly yard and secure fence. Clean and no noticeable pet hair/odours. The wifi didn’t work for our first 5 days but Paul went out if his way to fix this issue by getting a booster for the existing setup. This fixed the problem so hopefully not a problem for future guests. Kitchen has basic equipment to manage self catering. We enjoyed our stay- lots of nice parks around and a short walk to aquatic centre, supermarket and dog park.

We had a great stay in Peter's 'shack'! It is bright, spacious and comfortable. Despite hot weather, it receives a lovely cool breeze, keeping the temperature down. Kitchen & bathroom were well stocked & it was peaceful and relaxing to sit out on the deck. Peter was responsive and accommodating and I would definitely stay again on future holidays.

The home is beautiful. Interior design furnishings and accessories are high end. The house had everything we needed. The trees and vegetation surrounding the house are breathtaking . The walk to the beach is approx 15 minutes and if you have little ones or surfboards expect to drive as it is quite hilly. The house is hard to leave, very peaceful.

A wonderful place to enjoy a week in Coogee. We loved having the beach and main street with shops and restaurants just a few minutes away, as well as bus stops to explore the rest of Sydney. The house feels like a home and had everything we needed. Sophie is lovely and was very easy to communicate with during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

We love spending time beach time, we have made it an annual holiday tradition! Geoff and Kellie do an amazing job and the house is beautiful! It’s a home away from home and you feel safe visiting with your dogs. We hate leaving and count down the days till we are back again.

We enjoyed a couple of days at the Pool House in Caves Beach. Good location, an easy walk to the beach, shops and cafes. The Pool House was perfect for our needs, very clean, well equipped, private and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with milk, bread, eggs, wine and beer and other provisions. A very comfortable stay, thank you.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

Victoria was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful in the lead up to our stay and upon arrival. The place is a great size, has great views and had everything we needed for a few days, great location, walking tracks nearby and only a 5 min drive to local restaurants, cafes and shops. The breakfast provided was also an awesome addition, thanks for having us!

Damian's apartment is exactly what the photos show - a very clean, spacious and private place to stay. The location is perfect for getting around Sydney CBD and surrounding suburbs as it's a stone's throw from the Light Train and Central Station - no rental car needed! We would totally recommend Damian's apartment to everyone travelling to Sydney - I wish we could've stayed longer!

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

Niel was already in touch with us before we arrived and explained everything about the check in and the property. The location was ideal and easy access to everything. What stood out was amenities and we had a great time in jacuzzi and it was so relaxing and Niel was very responsive and helped with our tiny needs as well. Can’t wait to go back there!

We loved staying at Shauna's place in Spencer. A lovely secluded house and cabin in Breakfast creek. the house is expansive and cosy with plentiful amenities. We loved feeding and petting the beautiful horses as well - Molly was definitely the most inquisitive ❤️

Wonderful hosts and truly very kind and considerate. Very comfortable cottage in a lovely Garden setting. Unfortunately was not pool weather when we visited but it looked stunning.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Joe's place in Zetland. Joe was extremely responsive and accommodating, and he did everything to make sure we were comfortable. The unit was very cozy, decorated with beautiful plants, and the kitchen was fully stocked with knives and cooking utensils. There were plenty of toys for my toddler son to play with and Joe made sure to provide a high chair and a travel cot as well. The balcony was extremely spacious and we spent many afternoons out there letting our son practice walking. The apartment sometimes got warm on sunny days but there were plenty of fans and air conditioning so we were able to stay cool. The neighborhood was also super convenient and easy to get around. My wife and I enjoyed taking our son around for walks and going out shopping at the nearby East Village mall. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and tons of options for dining out. All in all a great stay with a great host!

My teen daughter and I stayed at this rental for two weeks. It worked really well for us. WiFi was reliable for working remotely (Zoom only zonked out a couple times over numerous calls). It was also an easy bus ride to downtown Sydney. The neighbourhood felt very safe. It was super hilly though, if you have trouble with walking, another neighborhood might be better. Our hosts were super - very communicative and helpful!

This is such a beautiful location. We loved being next to both Bronte beach and Bronte park. There are amazing cafes down the street as well as a bus stand. We loved the coastal walk and the pool. Anne was very willing to provide essentials and was very accommodating with our timing. One note for those with more than 2 adults: the single beds are designed for children (as listed in the description). We made it work for my adult children, and the location made it worth it. :)

We had a fantastic stay, the perfect first long weekend away with our little dog. Lots to do close by to keep us all entertained. House was spotless and had all the amenities and comforts we needed. thank you

The house was incredibly spacious and had so many great amenities for us to enjoy. It was located in a peaceful and secluded area, making it the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. So glad we got to experience it!

We found Simon's place to be clean, tidy and all necessary amenities were provided. When required he replied to my questions promptly and was very obliging. Our elderly furry baby was also very happy in the small, fenced yard. The beds and lounge were very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs accommodation in Newcastle at a reasonable price and within good distance to the city.
