The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. There is a space for kids to play. The yard is large and is fenced on three sides. The house is near foothills with places to walk, hike, and recreate. There are tenants upstairs and you will hear them moving around.

Cozy basement retreat in a quiet neighborhood, near restaurants, shops, and mountains. 15 min from BYU, 25 min from UVU, 45 min from Salt Lake, 30 min from 5th Water Hot Springs, 21 mi from Sundance. (Small family lives upstairs.) Due to a severe family allergy, we can’t host Service or Emotional Support Animals. Airbnb approved an exemption. Sorry for any inconvenience!
