Lounge at one of the 2 on-site pools or take a dip in the lake from the beach. Wind down after a day in the sun and watch a movie with the family on the 85 inch TV. A 10x30 boat slip is also able to be rented for $25/day

This cozy one-bedroom charmer, part of a lake front 4-plex built in 1959 will not disappoint and offers a comfortable lake stay. You will have incredible views and steps away from the Picnic area and dock. This is a lower unit-steps and/or our boat ramp are available to get to the unit. It offers a rear parking spot if you are comfortable driving on the boat ramp. We are close to Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Kinderhook and Lake Valley Golf courses, Ball Park Nationals, and the Amphitheater.

It is located close to many bars/restaurants/pools by land and water. There are several boat and pwc rental companies very close to condo if you don't have your own with you. The property has 2 pools and a sand beach area for you to relax and enjoy. There is a nice deck with a gas grill overlooking the main channel with a fantastic view.
