This was an extraordinary experience; one of our favorite spaces and trips that we have ever had. The nature is unbeatable. Monkeys and macaws are your close neighbors. The jungle is home, and the energy it provides is nurturing and deeply spiritual. The layout of the house is spacious and open. The beach is private and a beautiful 5 minute walk. We had the most wonderful time! The place is absolutely stunning, the gardens feel like something out of a dream, and the walk (barefoot) through the jungle to the beach perfectly captures everything we love about Costa Rica. Our hosts were so kind, welcoming, and full of thoughtful insights. It truly exceeded every expectation, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And as a bonus, I’ve completely fallen in love with Corynne’s coconut butter, what a thoughtful gift in the cabin! We will for sure be back!

Moderne Architektur, super Küche mit Dschungelblick (endlich mal Backofen statt Mikrowelle!) , aber leider ist die Umgebung noch im Umbau.

The place had everything we needed. The location is great if you are looking for privacy and peace. Also, Patrick and Christie are great hosts!

Espaço excelente para famílias e grupos maiores. Todos ficaram confortáveis e se sentiram em casa. Carolina foi muito atenciosa, sempre respondia rapidamente. Ela e sua equipe foram muito amáveis! Pavones é encontadora, principalmente para quem surfa. Recomendamos e esperamos voltar em breve!

YOU MUST GO! That should certainly be the title to this review. I cannot say enough about Sarah’s beautiful space but allow me to try… From the very beginning Sarah was hands down one of the most responsive, caring + attentive hosts. She helped us plan not only our stay at her place but also helped direct our week’s great adventures (surfing, sport fishing, snorkeling, etc.) The home is welcoming + wonderful, you will not be disappointed. It’s close to everything you need but has its own private feel. My kids played in the pool + ocean all week long. We loved that the beach was only steps away. There are water toys, towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards + so many things that help make you feel right at home. Our favorite spot to eat was El Coquito, the pizza was delicious + they delivered. There are many things to do + see so we had to pick + choose but we will be back to keep exploring this sweet haven of Costa Rica. Pack your bags + DO NOT think twice. Playa Zancudo is waiting.

The location is absolutely amazing. If you surf you’re only about a 8 minute walk to the surf spot. You can walk to many different restaurants, grocery store. Every morning we were woken by different kinds of birds singing. The place itself is very nice. I do have a few negative things, the pillows are super thin, there was not any soap or shampoo (not a problem the store was close), the bathroom is on the first floor and if your wife is like mine who has to pee 6 million times during the night, I got tired of going up and down the stairs with her! The only other thing and it is in the description was no hot water, I thought my wife was joking when she told me this before booking the place. Nope! No hot water, the shower outside water is hotter! Other than these little items, the place is amazing, the host replied really fast when we needed anything, the location is amazing. We felt really safe! The price was great for this place. Just pack an extra pillow and soap!

This was our second stay with Nannette. The first time we stayed in the bungalow and this time we stayed in the villa. Both are wonderful!! We really loved the extra space inside and outside at the villa, and the pool was a welcome addition. There are so many great touches to discover here... the outdoor shower, an amazing indoor shower, several seating areas to linger and enjoy the property, beautiful artwork, a fully equipped kitchen, I could go on and on. The grounds are maintained beautifully and wild life is visible daily without having to go anywhere. Nannette and her team are great hosts, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We are already plotting our return. We have traveled all over Costa Rica and have found we prefer the laid back and uncrowded vibe of the Osa. Thank you Nannette for sharing your paradise with us!!
