Bezaubernder Ort! Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kinder und wir fanden den Garten wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gepflegt! Jody ist ein besonders gastfreundlicher Gastgeber und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Dieser Ort ist in jedem Fall mehr als eine einfache Unterkunft! Auch die Ausstattung war überaus großzügig. wir kommen bestimmt wieder!🥰🙏

Absolutely brilliant! Comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated villa, well equipped and super functional kitchen. Idyllic quiet location with a gorgeous garden, outside dining area and pool. Hosts Andrea and brother Luka are super welcoming and helpful with great local recommendations. Definitely recommend and we hope to be back!!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Vinko zu Gast und haben den Frühling in Istrien genossen. Im Haus und mit Vinko war es sehr schön, Vinko ist der netteste Gastgeber, den man sich vorstellen kann.

The villa is amazing, the location is perfect and with breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding area. It is especially family-friendly, very cool place! Giuseppe is a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly, he certainly made sure we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again, it is a very unique experience in Polcenigo! Beautiful accommodation in the peaceful and artistically beautiful city of Grožnjan. The home has many thoughtful touches and is situated in a beautiful garden and olive grove just down a lighted path outside Grožnjan a short walk from the City and parking. Peaceful and quiet with all one needs.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt in der Villa. Trotz schlechteren Wetters konnten wir die vielen Möglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück gut nutzen. Fußball, Volleyball, Tischtennis, Kicker, Pool und für unsere regnerischen Tage war der überdachte Außenbereich mit Feuer-/Grillstelle optimal. Die Kommunikation war einfach und alle Fragen wurden zügig und schnell beantwortet. Auch unser späterer Check-in wurde einfach ermöglicht. Man benötigt 400 € in bar für die Kaution. Kleinere Schäden, wie kaputte Gläser, werden aber nicht abgezogen.

Krasna hiša na čudoviti lokaciji! Mir in moznost za razne aktivnosti, kar je bilo idealno za dve družini in otroke razlicnih starosti. Komunikacija z Manco je bila neoporecna. Sprejela nas je prijazna Darija, kar je dalo nasemu obisku topel pečat in nam bo dolgo ostalo v spominu. Hvala!

La maison est située au coeur des villages perchés et offre une vue superbe sur Groznjan. La terrasse et l'espace intérieur de la maison sont spacieux et décorés avec goût. Dragana est une hôte attentive et réactive aux questions.

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und die ganze Familie hatte eine wunderbare Zeit. Ein toller Ort für alle die Natur und Ruhe lieben! Klemen hat sich fantastisch um uns gekümmert und war stets erreichbar! Vielen Dank dafür!!

We stayed for a week with our family at Nina’s beautiful villa. The place is quiet, well decorated with a private pool. We used it for our trips to Slovenia, Croatia and Italia. Nina was friendly and helpful. We recommend staying here!

OK, when AirBNB shows pictures of unreal houses in advertising, and you can't believe they even exist?? This should be ONE of THEM! This villa is astonishing. A 200 year old 3 story stone house in a vineyard and olive grove, owned by one family for generations. Luka and his family have painstakingly renovated it top to bottom, give a careful tour, done in phenomenal finishes, fully modernized (even heated floors!). The kitchen is gourmet, and private five bedrooms six baths can handle a group (we were just two couples). Two wineries down the lane. It is private and quiet (uh, except for church bells - neat!). The pictures don't do the place justice - living room is comfortable and welcoming. The beds are king (split into two twins if needed). All new with fresh linens. Too cold now for the pool but wow. The restaurant down the hill was just outstanding for all meals, if you don't like cooking! Easy to get to Motovun and Rovinj. STAY HERE!

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage. Der Strand ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Caorle ist ein sehr schöner Ort und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreichbar.

House was nicer than in the pictures. Clean, beautiful, had everything we needed for our 1 week stay in late June. We were 2 families with 3 kids. We loved the pool and outdoor spaces for kids to run around. AC in the house was best we’ve had on our many trips to Europe!!! (As Americans this is one of the most important items for us). Each room had its own controls as well as common spaces. We LOVED proximity to Grožnjan as that was one of our favorite towns in entire Istria. We used the home as base and drove around many towns exploring. We felt anything was within 30 min drive and easy to get around. - Grocery store was about 7 mins away in Buje - Closest beach was 20 mins away in Kanegra which was also our favorite beach in the area. - Favorite nearby restaurant was AModoMio just few mins away; food was great and terrace views perfect for relaxed evenings Thank you for a memorable stay!!

Stay was awesome and place is so cozy with some of the best restaurants and winery in Istria within walking distance.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Alles war wie beschrieben und noch darüber hinaus! Valentina hat uns sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen, die Übergabe verlief problemlos. Late checkout war bei uns möglich, was uns super entgegen kam. Das Haus ist komplett neu renoviert und es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Bäder sind super sauber, Handtücher sind genügend vorhanden und die Betten sind sehr komfortabel inkl. sehr angenehmer Bettwäsche, die sich super gut anfühlt. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht und Gewürze, Olivenöl usw. sind da. Der Pool ist super sauber, wird regelmäßig gereinigt und ist für die Gegebenheiten richtig groß. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit hier verbracht, konnten uns super gut erholen und kommen gerne wieder! Valentin ist eine so herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeberin die einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest.

Beautiful house with very nice pool, almost every room is air conditioned and all windows are covered by fly screens. Iva was very kind to us and always responded quick! Booking process was easy and uncomplicated aswell as our check-in. Everyone of us enjoyed the stay! :)

We drove up from Rovinj and the road was a little wild, definitely best attempted in the light but worth it. The accommodation was lovely. Very homely and clean. Sandra the host didn't speak much English but we made it work and she was very welcoming. There were no basics like tea or coffee so I wish I had been more organised. The pool was great- very refreshing and the view absolutely incredible
