Get away to the woods and relax in our cozy cabin. Located in the woods on our farm right next to Prince Gallitzen State Park, the cabin has all the necessities without any distractions. Sleeping in the loft feels like sleeping in a tree house. Play board games or read a book next to the wood stove and toast marshmallows over a campfire in the fire ring outside. The cabin is perfect for hunters and fishers, families, anyone who loves the outdoors, and anyone who just wants to escape for a bit.

Close to Saint Francis, Mount Aloysius, Penn State and IUP and UPJ Great gathering spot for family fun and relaxation, reunions, weddings, or just a little get away. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful wooded retreat! This spacious 2-story 3-bedroom house is on a quiet lane with plenty of space from our neighbors. If you love seeing wildlife, deer and turkeys are a regular sight as well as the occasional fox and black bear. If you have pets, there is plenty of space for them to run around! Well-stocked kitchen! Pets and larger groups are welcome! There is a $10/guest/day charge after the first 2 guests and the pet fee is $25 (flat rate).

Our North House

We moved to Georgia in 2018 and have used AirBNB for our trips back here. Now with a grand baby in the area, we decided we needed our own home here also. So now we have Our North House which we want to share with you. It is close to many colleges including Penn State both Main and Altoona campuses. Rock Run ATV park and Prince Gallitzen State Park are outdoor areas to be enjoyed. Also close by are The Horseshoe Curve and Railroad Museum and Amusement parks - Delgrossos and Idlewild

The Blue Cottage

Remodeled 2nd floor of Country Cottage on the edge of town. Private entrance, 1 bedroom w/ Queen bed, eat in kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and use of outdoor firepit. Walking distance to Ghost Town Trail, Memorial Park, Ebensburg town square, community swimming pool, Legends Gym, Nathan's Divide Water Shed and Lake Rowena Park. Area colleges include, Saint Francis Univ, Mount Aloysius College, Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Indiana Univ of Pa, Penn State Univ, and Penn State Altoona.

Our home design strives to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Shady Pines features a fully equipped kitchen, a large leather sectional in the living room, laundry facilities, and electric fireplaces in both the living room and master bedroom. The king and queen beds are Sealy Posturepedic, the daybed is Nectar, and the trundle is BeautyRest, for your sleeping comfort. Our decor is minimalist-inspired and has the essentials for your home-away-from-home stay.

This spacious log home is situated on top of a Cambria County hill that affords gorgeous views of the landscape in any direction.
