Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Villa Issopo è situata in SPLENDIDA POSIZIONE PANORAMICA sull’estrema costa occidentale dell’isola d’Elba. Il mare è accessibile a piedi percorrendo un sentiero privato di circa 150 metri che parte dal giardino della casa. La struttura è una villa bifamiliare costituita da due appartamenti con accesso indipendente disposti esclusivamente sul piano terra. Casa Gelso è situata a Patresi, nel versante Ovest, in una delle zone più affascinanti dell'isola. Il mare cristallino, la tranquillità e i tramonti sulla vicina Corsica, vi faranno innamorare di questo luogo. L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 5 persone ed è dotato di posto auto privato e di una splendida terrazza per mangiare all'aperto o per rilassarsi all'ombra di una pergola in bamboo.  E' la soluzione perfetta per chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax.

Patresi dove è situato l'appartamento è un piccolissimo centro adatto a chi voglia scoprire l'Elba meno conosciuta e frequentata. Tenuto conto che sul posto non vi è un negozio di alimentari occorre spostarsi in centri vicini (5 minuti di auto) per acquistare pane fresco, latte mentre i supermercati sono a Marciana Marina e Marina di Campo (30 minuti di auto). Sempre panoramica la strada e impagabili i tramonti. Ai centauri fornitura gratuita della biancheria.

Surrounded by a private park, the apartment is suitable for up to 6 adults plus 2 children in the mezzanine and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. A large terrace, with dining table, deckchairs and barbecue, allows you to enjoy the house inside and out.

The house, with descent directly to the Buche / Mortigliano beach, is located in a very quiet and secluded context, excellent for large families or groups of friends. Il Timo

Il Timo holiday home offers a fantastic veranda overlooking the sea. The 40 m2 structure consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. It can therefore accommodate up to 3 people. It has private parking in front of the house. One pet is allowed. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV.
