The Villa is on the south part of the island of Puerto Rico in a small town called Arroyo. It is located inside a gated complex filled with palm trees and the Caribbean ocean as the back yard. Villa 21 has direct access from your terrace to the green grass filled with palm tree, soft sand and the ocean. Beautiful sounds of nature, put you to sleep while you swing in your hammok. Welcome to "Villa Esperanza". Only seconds to the beach! We are so happy to get to share our space with you. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room with seating for 10 people, an outdoor patio, hammocks, outdoor shower, and an above ground pool. Our beach home is airy, bright & beautifully decorated. The patio and backyard are fully fenced and large enough for all family activities. The home is located on a small gated community that consists of only 12 lots, very calm and private.

The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.
