This is a small cabin suitable for short stays, the bedroom is small but it is compensated by the location, deck, bathroom & beach which are great. Sit on kayaks & stand-up paddle are available free of charge. Tidy comfortable cabin just meters from a lovely private beach & walking distance to cafes, fishing club & pizzeria. No road noise, safe swimming, kayaking or trips to the Poor Knights Islands. BASIC cooking only; BBQ, Fridge, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Great eateries near by.

Rodgers Post

Rodger’s Post is a newly built heritage style cottage with elevated bush, mountain, and sea views. Wake to native bird song, views of Mt Manaia and surrounding mountains and the bay. Located just 20 mins from Whangarei city, 1 min to Parua Bay village, (4 Square, 2 x cafes, gym, bottle store, and garage). The famous Parua Bay family Tavern, boat ramp and golf course are located just down the road. Beautiful beaches, famous walks/hikes, diving and fishing all within easy driving.

The Little Blue Bach

Cute and cosy 1950s bach situated centrally in the popular seaside village of Ngunguru, just a short 100m stroll to the estuary. The bach is ideally suited for singles, couples and young families. A convenient five minute drive to Tutukaka Harbour, also known as the gateway to the Poor Knights Islands. World class beaches and coastline including renown surf beach Sandy Bay, family-friendly Matapouri and photogenic Whale Bay are all within a 20 minute drive.
