En complejo pequeño y muy tranquilo. Espectaculares vistas al mar, atardeceres inolvidables, y la montaña. Piscina climatizada(No se puede garantizar una temperatura , depende del sol). Caminando a 10-15´está la playa de Patalavaca, a la que se puede acceder por vía de escaleras o por la avenida los Guaires, y a 20´ caminando está el centro de ocio de Anfi del Mar, donde se pueden practicar deportes acuáticos. Hay rutas para senderismo y ciclismo, por ejemplo, a Soria, a Roque Nublo, etc

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.
