Apartment of 60 sqm in a panoramic position, near eateries (100m) and the center of Cortina (7km). It consists of 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, kitchen-living room and 2 balconies. It's very bright, furnished in modern style, equipped with recovery room for skis and boots on the ground floor and an uncovered parking in private parking. The house is immersed in the snow during the winter and it's surrounded by greenery in the summer , my accommodation is suitable for couples or families of 4 people.

Questo accogliente appartamento è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla zona pedonale del centro di Cortina. L'appartamento è al piano terra, arredato in stile ampezzano. Il soggiorno si affaccia su un giardino condominiale munito di piccola panca e fontanella da dove si possono ammirare le Tofane. L'appartamento è dotato di TV a colori con digitale terrestre, WiFi, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, minipimer, aspirapolvere.
