I cannot say enough positive things about Jake's beautiful Mendham farmhouse. My family and I spent the weekend there for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary and we could not have asked for anything more. Jake is so friendly and communicative. He is easygoing and responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house is stunning - charming and rustic with beautiful modern upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. We did not want to leave and hope to book with Jake again in the near future.

This was such a nice space and Lisa was a nice and accommodating host. This place is full character and wonder. Very artistic color energy in this place. We started my daughter’s 18th birthday celebration here with what is her last sleepover with friends. The hot tub, steam room and sauna were the first things and last things used. They enjoyed it so much! Thanks for your hospitality Lisa. If we ever need something like this again. We will be sure to look you up! Blessings

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Shawna’s beautiful Cold Spring country-style home. We were in town for a family gathering and accommodations, cleanliness and Shawn’s communication were five star. We absolutely recommend the house and Shawna as a host for you to stay with!

My family and I stayed for the weekend while in town for a wedding. House was spacious and just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We all loved staying and wished we were able to stay for longer. There were zero issues. Check in went smoothly. Our teenagers loved the ping pong table, pool table and the space loft!

We loved this home!!! We were in NJ for a wedding and it was the perfect spot for us to meet and unwind in between all of the activities associated with the wedding. We loved seeing the deer each evening and enjoyed walking down to the pier and sitting at the lake. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our family. In fact we were so pleased that we were considering bringing the family up again for a vacation this summer. You truly have the best of both worlds…the convenience of being near NYC and yet so close to the peace and serenity of the lake. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!! We hope to come back soon!

Anna was wonderful! She was always available whenever we needed to reach out and answered all our questions promptly. She also accommodated my special request to avoid using anything with fragrances before our arrival, which I truly appreciated. The house was impeccably clean and dust-free a huge plus for us due to our allergies. It felt incredibly cozy, and my husband and I especially loved sipping our morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful view, even while being snowed in. We also appreciated the extra pillows, blankets, bedding, towels, and paper towels everything was well stocked for a party of four. We would love to come back in the summertime!

Christopher's house in Tuxedo Park was awesome. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. It was extremely clean and well maintained. They had it sweetly decorated for Christmas, and we were there to enjoy Christmas with our loved ones nearby, so it was perfect. We were too busy to explore the area, but it was a nice neighborhood. We really appreciated this beautiful and comfortable home to spend the holidays. Christopher was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

We had a blast at Charlie’s! The home was clean and spacious with a lovely backyard fire pit that we took advantage of both nights! I cannot wait to be back and plan on booking with Charlie again. Housed 8 people who all slept and showered comfortably!

The apartment is exactly how it was described and it meet our needs! The host is very nice and responsive.

I normally do not leave reviews, however, I felt the need to make sure this place was noticed. To have a last minute trip planned for right after Christmas and to be locked in to a perfect place in regards to roominess, cleanliness, security, other amenities and perfect location was either a miracle or really good luck! Our plan was for my 2 kids, girlfriend and I to visit the American Dream Mall near Met Life Stadium and also check out the Big Apple. We did the Mall the first day (literally 20 min drive) and then Times Square the second day (normally about 25-45min drive). Everything was perfect and am already planning our next stay.

We had a nice stay with our baby and 3 year old. We really appreciated that Michael set up a pack n play set up for the baby. Michael provided some books and toys that entertained my older child, perfect for our rainy day. We played on the beach for a few minutes and that was fun even in the rain. I can tell the lake must be fantastic in the summer. There are two steps down from the kitchen to the laundry room, but the huge kitchen and open floor plan made it easy to keep our eye on our baby to ensure he didn’t crawl down the steps.

The place was exactly as described, a hideaway home in the heart of Montclair, private and peaceful. The Manager Chuks was extremely attentive to our requests and response to our concerns promptly. The host was very responded to our extension requests quickly and accommodated us accordingly. Our stay there for the past four months has been a great experience and we would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay.

the house was lovely very clean comfortable beds it was easy to talk to the host very friendly people.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. When cold, we utilized the heater and it worked perfectly. The place was squeaky clean and there was enough room for all 4 of us. The only down side is if you own your own home and used to not hearing upstairs neighbors, you will hear some noise from upstairs at all hours. We go to bed late so it didn’t bother us much. Parking wasn’t too bad. There is also water dispensers if you stay thirsty like myself. My favorite was the space we had and how clean it was! I would definitely recommend pillows bc they are very flat and uncomfortable, which is a contrast to how comfortable the bed is. I would stay here again with no doubt.

I stayed here with my family and it was the coziest place! All the amenities were as described and the house was close to the slopes. Everything was in working condition and Kim’s instructions were clear and helpful. We had a great time!

We trully enjoyed this house. Views of the lake are unbeatable. Great shade when you want it and plenty of sunny places outside. Multiple areas to enjoy the lake view while you are either playing games, eating a meal, or reading a book. Our kids loved the diving platform and would spend most of the day jumping off it. Great fishing spot as well. We've caught multiple smallmouth bass and a walleye, while kids enjoyed catching sunnies right of the dock. The floating dock makes it easy to get on and off the kayaks and paddleboards. House provides privacy because of the location and the size of the lot and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Been here twice, Won’t find a place cleaner than this. Hector always responds on time and is always flexible with check in time
