We have a wonderful open floor plan with 270 degree views and a roof deck with 360 degree views of the beautiful San Luis Obispo mountains- Terrace Hill, Bishop Beak, Madonna, etc... Guests have access to the roof deck, two outdoor balconies, shared patio next to the elevator, free parking on Bridge street as well as an assigned and guest parking on the Los Osos Street side. I may not get a chance to meet you but I’m available via text, phone or AirBnB messaging during your stay. The house is in San Luis Obispo next door to Terrace Hill. A bike trail leads across the bridge and downtown to Morro Street, where there’s delicious Italian food at Cafe Roma and an organic breakfast and lunch at Sally Loos. You can walk downtown, grab the bus at the train station or hop on the train to Northern and southern CA all within walking distance. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the roof deck. A great quick hike to Terrace Hill on the other side of the bridge.

This beautifully remodeled condo has a large deck situated right over the beach and overlooks the tidepools. With views from the Cayucos pier all the way to Morro Bay and Morro Rock, this is the perfect, relaxing spot to enjoy the sunset and watch the surfers catch some waves. Everything in the unit is brand new - from the floors and appliances to the furnishings and linens. This unit is also on the ground floor and requires no stairs! SMALL PET (30 lbs or less) ONLY.

My place is close to Cal Poly, beaches nightlife, public transport, downtown San Luis Obispo, hiking trails . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Just so you are aware THIS IS MY PRIVATE HOME. THERE WILL BE CLOTHES IN THE DRAWERS AND HANGING IN THE CLOSET. There will be plenty of room for your things to hang and put in a drawer. I will leave the residence during your time here.
