We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

The place was nice and clean. It is a comfortable stay for the four of us. We enjoyed the netflix and free pool access. The kitchen are nice with complete utensils to use from cooking to eating utensils. Although there are drain fly larvae found on the shower area, it is manageable. Hope they can add additional blanket and entertainment materials like boardgames, cards and karaoke. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Host collected my luggage to put in the room before the check-in time. I always appreciate when the host makes my life a little bit easier! The room was comfortable and had a lot of natural light. Wifi was fast. I didn't have an issue with it as a remote worker. The bathroom was clean and shower pressure was good. Location is great! There are carendarias nearby for cheap local food and a wife variety of commercial restaurants. Several malls walking distance of the unit. Would definitely stay again if around in Eastwood

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to all our questions and incredibly helpful throughout. The place was spacious, squeaky clean, and exceeded our expectations despite being a new listing. It was well-equipped with a complete set of kitchen utensils and cookware, including a rice cooker, kettle, frying pan, pot, and more. They also provided dishwashing soap and basic toiletries like towels, dental kits, shampoo, and soap. Additionally, its location is very convenient since it is near 7-Eleven and Uncle John’s, where you can easily buy emergency needs like water and other essentials. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Ms. Chona! ☺️

if you're just looking for an affordable place to sleep in and leave your belongings whilst outside. Consider this. A bit on the smaller side, but again. it's cheaper than others in the area.

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

I had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Beautiful modern townhome on main thouroghfare. Best greeting ever for guests with fresh bread and fruits and personalized signage on the table. got used to the neighbors dog barking every morning and the traffic wasn't that noticeable at night. Private shared parking behind automatic gate was nice, super close to nightlife in poblacion.

The place was perfect for my daughter’s sweet 16th bday. No karaoke so it was peaceful and quiet. We were allowed to play music and we’re very mindful to lower down the volume during late night. Lots of greenery. They allowed us to decorate the attic room where my daughter and her friends held their pajama party. No wifi but we already prepared pocket wifi and data and it was already mentioned in the property description. The host was very accommodating as well as their caretaker. Will definitely book again and also recommend!! :)

We stayed at this place for a month-long vacation. The hosts were very accommodating. They answered and helped with each and every question/concern we had. It felt like our 2nd home. ❤️

We had a problem with our initial booking at another place. Thankfully, Eds was willing to accommodate us even an hour before check in. Eds was very proactive with our stay. Always a text away should we have any problem with the place (very minimal, btw). Place has a home-y feel. Very relaxing. Location is also very convenient as it is near restaurants and a grocery store next door. We had a wonderful time (my dog, especially). Will definitely be back soon!
