Patrick was very responsive from inquiring up to our checkout. The place was a gem and good for gatherings. i brought all my cousins with me and they really enjoyed the place. The spaces were really maximized. The bedrooms are okay with good airconditioning and ventilation. we can sleep comfortably but would need to compromise on the space/who would be be on the floor/loft.Amenities are cool so it was not boring at all.kuya rolly was helpful also. note for other visitors:the parking space for 2 cars is a little cramped-although there are parking spaces outside,the garage inside is just ok for small cars overall we would stay again since the host made our stay stay smooth for us and the location was convenient and enjoyable

Our stay at your place was super comfortable. The space was just right for us. The location of the hotel was also very convenient—fast food resto, convenience stores, transpo, ATMs, and more were all easily accessible. Everything we needed was available, and I love that the condiments we needed for cooking were provided—even rice. We really didn’t have to worry about anything. Before I booked, I read some reviews and noticed a few concerns raised about the AC. So I asked the agent if it had already been fixed. And during our stay, we didn’t encounter any issues at all—in fact, there were times we had to turn it off because it got really cold. It was almost perfect. I think the only thing they might want to add is maybe a small space or a table in case someone needs to work. Also, we wanted to hang out on the balcony, but we couldn’t stay long because of the heat being released by the AC's outdoor unit—but that’s okay. All in all, it was perfect! Will definitely consider booking again.

Tom and his staff were amazing! Prior to my arrival, I was asked what time I will be checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stefanny, Mark, and Emily. Stefanny gave me a tour of the entire home and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was clean and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. During my stay, Mark was always available if I needed help with anything such as setting up the karaoke, turning on the jets in the pool, etc… There was plenty of room for my family of 12 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tom and his staff made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a great time and I definitely would stay at Tom’s home again.

I appreciate Maria's efforts in accommodating my short stay. The peacefulness of her place matched my preference. The place was also spotless and easy to access. I wish to stay longer the next time I plan on having a relaxing weekend with my friends.

Ryan as a Host is very responsive. Listing is in great location very convenient and we enjoyed our stay. I highyly recommend this place and the Host.

I just have 1 complain, the knob of the water heater is so high that my wife who is small is having hard time to reach it. I can't help her since I'll get wet once I turn on the knob. 😅 Other than that, the place is great.

Had a great stay! The location was perfect-inside a private subdivision—and the space was spotless and very well-maintained. The amenities were complete, making it feel just like home, and communication was smooth and super responsive throughout. The only small challenge was parking, which could be a bit tricky at times, but everything else more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

We truly enjoyed our 5-day stay. The place was spotless, and easy to get to and from, and check-in/check-out was a breeze, and the host was approachable, and considerate. Grateful for a smooth and comfortable experience, highly recommend it!

We chose this place to film our thesis after seeing the photos. It perfectly matched the look and vibe we were aiming for, with its traditional Filipino feel. It's hard to find a place that allows filming, so we’re glad we were given permission to do so. The only downside was that it can get a bit loud outside, especially since it's surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. People walking by can be noisy, and the vehicles passing by added to it, but it was tolerable and not that bothersome. Inside, the house was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive to my filming requests, and the staff was proactive and accommodating, even assisting with the production. There’s also a dog in the house, which we found absolutely adorable. We wish we could have stayed longer, so we’ll definitely be back to unwind and relax — no work next time!

This unit is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that make it perfect for a guest's stay, especially for long-term visits. I stayed for a week and felt completely at home and comfortable. The rate is very reasonable, and the smart lock adds extra convenience, no need to worry about keys. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making meal preparation easy. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again for my next vacation!

Super Aesthetic and clean ng unit. Very comfortable ng stay namin. Complete yung mga gamit. Maganda rin yung area. Babalikan ko itong place na'to. Overall super nagenjoy kami and satisfied sa stay namin. Kudos sa host namin, si Ma'am Christine very responsive sa mga inquiries namin kahit midnight na. My family and I had a lovely couple of nights at the home. It was up to date and modern, light and airy and well kept. Gail and Conchinita were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and friendly.

My family of 5 loved Benny’s home. It was spacious, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Benny was always responsive when we needed something. This will always be our go to stay in Manila.

The place is cozy, private, and feels like home. It has almost all the amenities you need, and the host is very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely choose to stay here again if I need to run errands in the area.

Very nice place for its price! Thank you so much po for accommodating us and we were so glad we found this place kahit medyo last minute na yung booking. My family loved the place so much they want to come back next time :D Medyo maliit lang po yung fridge for us siguro kasi marami rin kami need ilagay and limited yung pag lamig niya pero overall okay naman yung place. Complete din so if you want to cook or do the laundry sa place, pwedeng pwede. We also love na maraming beddings and clean yung mga linens and pillows. Secured yung house and peaceful naman yung neighborhood. Will definitely come back next time!

We are a group of 6 adults and we stayed Feb 2-9 2025. We chkin at midnight and Joan,host, welcomed us with basket of Filipino treats and cold Bottled water. Meant so much for our Canadian friends and us. All four bedrooms were very comfortable and gave us much privacy. Each room has ensuite bathroom that made a big difference. A very warm feeling of a home. I highly recommend if looking for a relaxing place.

Very accommodating. Very understanding. Need to check out almost 3pm due to unforeseen event. And she allowed us with minimal Fee.

It was nice and pleasant and the neighbors were very good to me.
