I really liked Dione’s place! It feels like home. I also loved the cinema feels using her projector. I loved to book this place again.

Удобное расположение близко до вснго, на первом этаже мини торговый центр, мак, кофейня и 7eleven, станция метро тоже почти в доме, одна остановка до тц глоретерия Все было чисто, один душ в комнате, второй нужно выйти из комнаты, интернет и тв работали отлично Заселение и выселение прошли быстро Спасибо за хороший отдых!

We stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful experience! The room was clean and well-maintained. Dhine was very responsive and organized, she made sure everything was in place to make our stay completely hassle-free. We truly appreciated her attentiveness. Room is nice and clean. Sadly, there’s a payment on pool use and it is quite expensive. Nevertheless, area and unit are perfect.

Patrick was very responsive from inquiring up to our checkout. The place was a gem and good for gatherings. i brought all my cousins with me and they really enjoyed the place. The spaces were really maximized. The bedrooms are okay with good airconditioning and ventilation. we can sleep comfortably but would need to compromise on the space/who would be be on the floor/loft.Amenities are cool so it was not boring at all.kuya rolly was helpful also. note for other visitors:the parking space for 2 cars is a little cramped-although there are parking spaces outside,the garage inside is just ok for small cars overall we would stay again since the host made our stay stay smooth for us and the location was convenient and enjoyable

Had such a fun staycation! The place was super cozy, and even though our stay was short, it was really sweet. The hosts were awesome and replied super quickly to any questions we had. The caretaker was also really nice and helpful. Would definitely love to come back!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and and comfortable, we felt right at home. Wish we couldv'e stayed longer to use the home theatre more😁 Our host, Anne, was also very friendly and responsive whenever we had any questions.

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

The place was perfect for our big family. Location is close to stores, salon, laundromat and easy access to rides. My only complain is the lock. It was difficult to open or lock it. Although they are aware of it and they were planning to replace it. If you are looking for a big place to stay for your big family this will be perfect.

The unit is amazing! My nephew had fun asking alexa questions and even giving her commands. The place got a glimpse of fairytale look and style & was really clean and smelling good even we have cooked inside. Our stay at Laurice’s property was exceptionally pleasant. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient and provided easy access to SM Mall of Asia. It has also Alfamart, a coffee shop, Restos in the area. I highly commend Ms. Laurice’s for her excellent communication and responsiveness throughout our booking process and stay. We experienced a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property to future guests.🩷

Unit is situated on just the 2nd floor - a unique location with a pool view from the balcony. Serene surroundings of Tower 4, very courteous staff at the building entrance. Editha was a discerning host - always responsive and quick to resolve any issues I could be faced with. Editha was extremely courteous and attentive to every feedback I had provided. Just a 5 minute walk to SM Southmall entrance - the convenience of everything within reach elevated the experience of my stay here. Would recommend this listing for anyone planning longer stays. I would definitely consider planning my next stay in this very unit on my next visit. Thank you very much Editha 😊
