There is a small pet fee and we ask, "Please include pets in your reservation." This is a very quiet neighborhood where you may want to go for a walk, visit the park or even better, check out the many exciting happenings going on all around you! The cottage is completely detached & has its own small fenced backyard. Feel like you're in the country yet just a hop & a skip to the highway. Guests love being so close to amazing restaurants, bars, live music, shops & beaches! It's a great "homebase" for your vacation or if you're traveling for work!

There is TV with WIFI and internet, a ductless HVAC system and a large 100'x 125' lot This cottage is very suitable for work away from home environment. A separate table and 2 office chairs are available for a work area that can be closed off from the rest of the house during the day.
