Charming, small apartment directly across from a great park and only blocks from the beach. My son and I enjoyed our time here and Sean was incredibly responsive

The place was just as described. Furniture was dates and uncomfortable but it was fine and i was there as more of a home and not a vacation. As being displaced from the fires. It served its purpose! It gets hot in the living room as there isn’t AC in the front of the unit.

Quiet and peaceful place, spacious, clean and private. Ana Maria was a great host, allowed me to check in at a time that was best for me, and even drove me to see the local shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. I had a friend in the area who was driving me, if this wasn't the case I would definitely suggest hiring a car whilst staying here!

What a treat it was to stay at Barbara's place! The location was so central to everything in Santa Monica and street parking was easy. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, and so cozy. Barbara also provided us with a lot of snacks/fruit and was extremely responsive whenever I had a question. MauMau (the cat - our other host ;) ) is a super social and friendly cat - probably one of the most chillest/cutest cats I've hung out with so that was a special bonus! Finally, I was not feeling very well the day of check out and Barbara so graciously let me rest in the room even though it was a couple of hours after check out. I would definitely recommend her place to others!

The unit was extremely clean and well-maintained, though the living room furniture and rug are different than what appears in the listing photos. Ultimately not a big deal, though. The building itself is traditional/classic Hollywood architecture on a residential street. It was easy to find and easy to access with the codes provided by the host. The unit was in a good location - a $10-$12 Uber to Hollywood & Highland, the West Hollywood bars, Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip, The Grove, etc., or if you're up to it, you can just walk to all those places. Overall, I had a great stay, but I did experience significant around-the-clock noise (heavy walking/stomping) from the residents of the unit above this one that would make me second guess a repeat stay. However, neighbor noise will always be a possibilty if you're in an apartment building.

Casa molto pulita e carina, ben fornita sia per quanto riguarda la cucina che il bagno e le camere. Nel nostro caso ci ha anche dato la possibilità di lasciare le cose in casa prima dell'orario previsto, il che è stato molto utile e conveniente. Marcis è stato inoltre molto reattivo nel rispondere, per ogni necessità mi ha risposto nel giro di 15 minuti, il che ci ha risolto alcuni problemi. Super consigliata anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo

Had a great stay in Manhattan beach! The location was very convenient and just a few minutes walking to the beach and several great restaurants. Kristi was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This is my second time staying at Tano‘s place. I’m a big fan! It’s clean and quiet and well appointed and in an ideal location for my favorite part of Santa Monica. Hope to stay there again!

We had such a great stay! The host was super helpful and made everything really easy with detailed instructions. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect — so close to everything in Pasadena. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

Genuine mid-Century California bungalow done out in authentic local style. The space is airy, homely and designed and furnished with impeccable taste sympathetic to the architecture and setting. What can’t quite be conveyed by the listing are the lovely finer details and casual yet curated vibe. The complex is of a number of similar units and I was treated to visits from the many cats and dogs living here which was an unexpected bonus not mentioned on the listing :) The courtyard the unit faces onto is so pretty, the parking space was very convenient and the location right where you want to be. The check-in and check-out instructions were very comprehensive, cleanliness beyond question and Sean highly responsive as a host. Without hesitation I will be booking this place next time I am in LA.

The place was impeccably clean, located far from the street so it was very private and peaceful. Everything in the apartment worked flawlessly. Parking my rental car on the street with the guest permit was a big plus, very convenient.

Jeffery is a great host and the apartment was charming and very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay.

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. Second time I've stayed at this unit. The close proximity to the UCLA campus with private (underground) parking is fantastic. The unit is clean, quiet and well furnished and equipped. Always like to stay here when I'm visiting my son at UCLA.

Tosi hyvällä paikalla, pääsi kävelemään joka suuntaan kuten keskustaan, metrolle, koripallopeliin. Lähellä oli paljon ruokapaikkoja ja kahviloita. Ihana majoitus ja pihalla uima-allas. Varmasti tulemme uudelleen. Vastaus tuli aina ja oli helppo asioida majoittamaan kanssa. Suosittelen.

6인 가족 다같이 편하게 묵을 수 있었습니다. 간단한 바베큐도, 불멍도, 수영장도 이용할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 걸어서 갈 수 있는 음식점도 많고 유명한 관광지로 이동하기 좋은 위치에 있었습니다. 감사합니다!
