The spacious, family-friendly holiday flat offers 86 square metres of space and comfort for a break in the mountains. The flat is located in a newly developed area and can be easily reached on foot from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station in just a few minutes. In the direct vicinity of the flat are several playgrounds, shopping facilities and the pedestrian zones of both districts. The ski jump and the Hausberg valley station are both less than 2 km away on foot.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
