Todd was an amazing host, very responsive and even got on a call to help us when i had a clarification and stayed on until it was The Cottage is amazing and filled with amenities that we would probably need a whole day to properly enjoy. The spot, the cottage is located and the rear view from the cottage, rooms, or even from the decks are stunning. Such a peaceful environment for proper retreat. It was a proper disconnect since some carriers didn't even have mobile reception sometimes in the cottage. Everything was setup and easy to find, especially the paddle boats, life jackets, and even the battery for the electrically operated boat was visibly placed. The fireplaces were setup so it was pretty easy to enjoy than spending time on setting up anything. The basement is more suitable for pet friendly guests compared to the rest of the cottage. Really loved the cozy vibe and stay. Would definitely look forward to be there again.

We had a wonderful 10-night stay! The house is even better than how it seems in the pictures. Right on the lake, with a wall of large windows facing the lake directly. Washroom has a big bathtub and another large window facing the lake. The balcony and dock are right outside. The house is very well-stocked, and has a fully functional kitchen (good enough for actually living there). Bryan and Pam were quickly responsive and kind, and also generously accommodated an extra request of ours. Neighbors are close, but the windows facing them have curtains, and it feels private. We can't wait to come again!

I had a wonderful solo experience at Catherine's cabin. It was cozy, comfortable and had everything I needed to cook simple delicious meals. BBQ for dinners and the frying pan was perfect for breakfast. The view was absolutely stunning, which you can enjoy from the private dock or from the cabin. It was only a 15 minute drive away from beautiful hikes and the grocery store or butcher. Very grateful to have found this place and will definitely come back.

We had an absolutely magical stay at this lakeside cottage! The attention to detail in the space was remarkable, with every corner thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it a joy to cook meals, and the wood-burning fireplace added the perfect cozy touch for our winter evenings. The views were breathtaking—each window felt like looking at a postcard, with stunning vistas of the lake and surrounding nature. Laura's hospitality truly stood out; she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The location is unbeatable. Being just a short drive to Algonquin Park allowed us to enjoy some fantastic hikes with our dog and we loved returning to the peaceful setting of the cottage afterward. This cottage is a gem, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway or a cozy work-from-home option.

Our stay at Samantha's place was great. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, books, movies, access to streaming platforms, etc but what we enjoyed the most was the proximity to the lake and the unbeatable views 100 % recommended

We had a great stay at Stella’s place! Everything was as described. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location close to Bala and Gravenhurst. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Would stay here again!

We spent a beautiful weekend at Marjorie and Rod’s airbnb. 3 days/2 nights. We wished we could stay longer. There propriety’s is just stunning and so peaceful! The perfect place to recharge your batteries. We went canyoning, kayaking, hiking, visiting the area. Marjorie and Rob are the most friendly and welcoming people I have ever met. We are already thinking about coming at their place again. Thank you again Marjorie and Rob for your kindness and for letting us the chance to visit your beautiful place.

Peter was very quick with his responses and took the time to look up what was near the air bnb. The location was amazing since it was right beside a ski resort and 20 minutes away was the most beautiful skating trail in the forest. The air bnb itself was very nice. We cooked dinner and it had everything we needed and seasoning as well. The only thing would be the TV which we didn’t bring a laptop to connect to, which Peter did communicate to us we needed. It was a very great stay and Peter was ever helpful and kind ! Will come back in the summer for the lake.

Awesome getaway! The cottage is very well appointed with a great layout. Lots of water activities within the resort along with golf and tennis make it a great choice for families. Thanks David for hosting us at your beautiful cottage.

Beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped, has comfy beds and is dog friendly. Make sure to bring coffee, salt and pepper, oil, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towel and a hair dryer. We enjoyed the ice rink and outdoor hot tub and some snow shoe paths on the property. It's only a 20 min drive to the Bracebridge forest management centre which has well groomed cross country and snow shoe trails, no charge. We enjoyed our stay.

This townhouse cottage style like residence was absolutely perfect for myself, and my two boys who are in their teenage years. Great access to the beach and the canoe. The only issue was with the public pool, which I thought was a pool located on the premises, but it was located next-door at a resort wasn’t clean, or easy to get into but because we had the beachfront, the pool didn’t matter. For anyone who’s looking to have access to a pool this might not be the best place. Carolyn’s place was absolutely spotless clean. It had everything and more that we could’ve asked for. It was absolutely fantastic. We’re even looking at renting again thank you very much for your hospitality and we had a great experience. Thank you. This was the first time I’ve ever rented an Airbnb and I had such a positive experience thank you.

Deborah’s Villa was beautiful! It had all the amenities one could ask for and the quality of the finishings was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality dishes/pots and cutlery. It is a very spacious unit and from the moment we walked in we felt at home, as it was impeccably cleaned and very cozy. We loved all the amenities including the pool, hot tub, beach and recreation centre. The location is excellent and very close to both Bracebridge and Huntsville, if you choose to do any day outings. Deborah was a responsive and friendly host and reached out to us to make sure that we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend a stay at this Villa! and we hope to have the opportunity to come back for another relaxing week’s holiday!!

We stayed in one of the cabins, and it was incredible. The first thing you notice is the incredible decor, the lovely welcome. The cabin is really well stocked with all the things you'd need. I highly recommend it. Splurge on the hot tub. It's totally worth it. Really enjoyed our stay.

Brianna’s place was just perfect! We were a family of 7, and found the arrangement of the bedrooms and living space ideal for our size. Lots of activities for children, the lake and balcony were so refreshing. The place was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the interior design was on point (the bathrooms came out of a magazine!). Brianna was above all so hospitable and generous. She was nice enough to offer us both an early checkin and later checkout. Easy to contact, and she made the home very accessible. Highly recommend Brianna’s cottage if your a family looking for a wonderful and refreshing retreat 🙏🏼

Our first time at Sue and Marc’s was absolutely fantastic. Gorgeous drive in and the views were stunning. Upon opening the front door you’re greeted with soaring ceilings and a beautiful kitchen. Coat rack and laundry to your right, and master suite and ensuite just around the corner to the right past the doors that lead to the deck and lake. Don’t forget to admire the solid walnut (I think) hand railing as you make your way upstairs. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and another bathroom. All rooms are perfectly clean and inviting. Views from all windows have trees with snow covering. Out by the lake we built a fire with split and stacked firewood while the kids played out on the lake with snowmobiles. They also headed down the road on snowmobiles to catch the main OFSC trails. (About 2 min ride). It’s absolutely quiet there. You can actually hear snowflakes landing on top of one another. Yes it’s that quiet and beautiful. Thank you again Sue and Marc. Hopefully we’ll be back soon!

We stayed at Jessica’s for an ice fishing trip. The accommodations were very clean spacious and scenic. Very convenient access to the lake.

We booked this place for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life to relax and enjoy the calm. This place truly delivered! It was beautiful, cozy and the hot tub sure relaxed us! I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful place! We spent a wonderful 4 days in this peaceful spot. A nice hot tub under the winter stary sky was a great bonus. The inside of this cottage was very clean and had everything needed for our stay. It is modernly decorated as well as comfortable. A great spot for a family gathering or romantic get a way for two. Highly recommended!
