The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine with assorted capsules to start your day with energy. The bright and cozy living area features a large Smart TV with Netflix access, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, and a spacious sofa. The highlight of the penthouse is the large panoramic terrace, furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for breakfasts, lunches, or dinners outdoors, offering a stunning view of Livorno’s canals and the Central Market. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
