This is our second stay in five years at Douglas' house. It is so clean, warm and inviting when you enter. The guides for the home are well posted and the user manual is concise and breaks down each room. We are so amazed that a house could be so clean and fresh!. Nice updates to the exterior and such a quiet location! We have stayed at other homes in the area but always try to secure Douglas' location because the rest are just second for our needs. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful time. House was beautiful with a fantastic layout. The backyard/pool was fantastic and we spent many hours outside. The kitchen has nice appliances and cookware. The entire house was clean and well kept. Location was a bit further from the center of town, but we loved the quiet. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was gorgeously and meticulously updated, the beds and the pillows were so unbelievably comfortable. The yard and grounds were so spacious and lovely! The view, I cannot express how stunning the sunsets were everynight we were there, you can see the lake out the kitchen window and the front yard for that sunset. The house was stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen, to the laundry room, the bathrooms, and games to play with yoyr family, if there with you. Also the neighborhood was close to every amenity needed, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The back patio was lovely as well as the putting green. The only downfall I would bring up is the pool access. It is a daily fee of $22 to swim at at golfclub under their membership. Just so everyone knows it is not a community pool. Otherwise this home is a must stay especially for families.

Great place stayed the weekend here. Had no problems. Very clean, it was a perfect and good price place for the weekend.

Beautiful, clean home with great open floor concept that is inviting for family and friends. Love the pool and the outdoor kitchen. The labels on all the light switches were genius! I didn’t have to guess or flick a bunch of switches to get the lights I wanted on/off.

Christina's place felt like home away from home. Quiet neighborhood, clean inside, and equipped with just about everything you need. I love the thoughtfulness she put into having coffee pods, snacks, and welcome written on the blanket.

The house was great and fit our needs.

This is our second stay here and plan on this remaining our first choice for homes in Lake Havasu. It fits us well and has everything we need. I especially like having both a Keurig and a full size coffeemaker; it’s nice to have options! It’s on a quiet street which is really nice for relaxing on either patio.

Location cannot be beat! Have stayed in the condo complex before, but first time staying at this one. Loved the way the kitchen was setup. Really nice to sit on the 2nd floor balcony and relax at night. Will definately want to stay here again.

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

Erika was a great host! Beautiful home, nice amenities, and peaceful location. She was incredibly responsive and 10/10 would stay again.

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It had everything that we needed, even the salt & pepper and coffee. We didn’t need the extra bedroom, except that’s were I put my shopping bags lol

Lynn and Michelle are wonderful hosts! They are very responsive to any needs. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It is the perfect location in Lake Havasu City. Many restaurants, the beach, Rotary Park, The Aquatic Center, downtown, the London Bridge area, shopping… all within walking distance. Another great stay! The place was clean and the bed was so comfortable!! Absolutely loved it!

The space was accurately described. Very functional and well maintained. The Host was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with. The views of London Bridge and the area are fantastic and you would be hard pressed to find a better location. Next time we are in the area we will check to see if this space is available and would take it again in a heartbeat.

This was our second stay at this place. As the first time, it didn’t disappoint us. Place was clean, well stocked, and cozy. Us staying there, again, is a proof in itself that the place is great, in a great location. It is only a one bedroom with a fold out sofa, so best for a couple or 3 people. It’s next to Rotary Park and the walkway along the lake shore all the way to the north end of the channel. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay! Bryant was very responsive and his place was just like the description and photos. Great location.

This Airbnb was perfect for our 3 night stay on Lake Havasu! The 2 bedroom unit was excellent and the view on the patio is awesome. There is so much to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot 2 minute drive from the bridge maybe a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Small 2 bedroom very clean. right by the pool. Only recommended update would be to add ceiling fans. We went on a week where weather was 118-120 degrees so understandable the Chiller system wouldn't be the end all be all to keep it cool. If you need noise or moving air to sleep bring a fan! other than that cool spot. Thank you for everything.

Loved it there!!!! Jasmine made it a breeze and it’s so close to a cool downtown area, safe and comfy. Got so lucky with this place!!!! How Highly recommend!! And I’m a picky person!! Thank you, Jasmin.
