This is our third year staying at R Ranch and it was another amazing trip! We absolutely love staying here. Ruth is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is fantastic! Awesome common space for a big group, plenty of room to spread out in bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer, and a fenced in back yard for the pups! On top of all of that, truly breathtaking views in every direction. We will definitely be back again!

I was looking for a peaceful getaway and Alex’s place exceeded my expectations. This location is perfect and you get best of both worlds - minutes away from Breckenridge but also get to have a peaceful, quiet respite that feels tucked away yet is still so close to everything. This location is ideal - private and tranquil without being secluded or too remote, and so close to all shops and restaurants. The space is open, roomy, lots of natural light and the views are beautiful. My favorite part about this stay was using the jacuzzi at night. The hot tub was all ready for us upon our arrival and was easy to use. Beautiful stargazing surrounded by pine trees and was so relaxing. The home was very easy to find, very clean and well-stocked with towels and everything else you might need. Alex was a fantastic host - I booked this stay last minute and he was able to respond very quickly and answer my questions, and was super accommodating. Grateful for this experience!

Perfect location! Comfortable space within walking distance from everything we wanted and needed to do—coffee shops, restaurants, the river, parks, a bookstore, and more. Would definitely return.

Our stay at the Chesnut Charmer in BV was wonderful. It was so clean and cozy, perfect for our family of 4. Our host Jonathan was amazing to chat with, everything was very smooth and clearly communicated. We loved the location to Main Street too. We would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Rae is an extremely responsive host. Extremely easy to communicate with. The house is cozy and easy to walk downtown (it is uphill on the way back). The basement was relatively cold; however, there were space heaters in the closets. Also, found a railing in the closet to use as a barrier to the top bunk if you have a kid up top and are worries they may roll off. Deck and hot tub were fantastic. It seems like Rae has done a nice job with a lot of small, meaningful touches like towels for the hot tub and an extra fridge.

Really pleased with our stay! The location is unbeatable as it’s a stones throw away from Main Street and the mountain. The space had all the amenities you would hope for in a mountain rental, such as hot tub, kitchen stocked with all the essentials, laundry and an awesome view. Lenore was easy to work with and accommodating to our check out needs.

Hayley’s home was a wonderful place for our family of 7 to spend 3 nights. The home is exactly as pictured and had all we needed for our stay. Home was clean and in a great location. Breckenridge is a quick 7 min drive away to restaurants, shopping, skiing. Communication was easy and quick. Hayley was able to accommodate us as needed to make our arrival easier due to a major snow storm in the area. Would recommend this home to all.

We've stayed in many rentals over the years and this one is just perfect! It's a basement unit but windows let in light--I also think it was quieter being on base floor. We stayed during a very quiet time--not busy , no one staying in the upper units. BV is an awesome town and this unit is located in the new/upcoming area of South Main, VERY easy stroll to the ever beautiful Arkansas River , Surf Hotel (great dinner) and Eddyline Brewery. You can also easily walk to the 'OG' Main Street for more restaurant choices (Simple Eatery is so good!). The unit was exceptionally clean, kitchen well-stocked (with nicely upgraded dish/cookware), great shower am comfy bed. I highly recommend staying at the Alpine Den :)

This is a Gem 💎 very close to Breckenridge ski resort,it felt like we were in a winter wonderland,Teresa is wonderful host,very professional and proactive and made our stay so much better. We def will come back next year for our winter vacation.

Great place to stay on 4 o'clock run. Easy checkin and close parking. There was some building maintenance/construction (April 2024), but was not loud or very noticeable in the condo.

Great location and very responsive hosts! Will go again!

Scott’s home has such gorgeous mountain views and was a perfect spot for a cozy and relaxing evening after skiing. The living room overlooking the mountain during a snowstorm was absolutely serene. Thank you again, Scott!

Justin and Heidi’s home was the perfect place to spend a weekend skiing in Breck. Right next door to the Snowflake lift made ski in/ski out so easy. Very easy walk or bus to Main Street. The place was perfectly cozy, from the decor to the fireplace. Justin and Heidi were very communicative, and parking was a breeze. Could not recommend more highly.

Our stay at this Airbnb was amazing! We came to Breckenridge for our honeymoon and were delighted at how nice the place was! It was so close to everything and we walked everywhere. Such a great spot with a BEAUTIFUL view of the mountains. Loved it!

Clean and has everything you need for essential necessities. Very convenient location, about 5-10 minutes from downtown and the slopes! Can’t beat it.

This Airbnb was perfect for our ski trip. The place was very spacious and had an amazing view. The Airbnb was a 10 minute walk to the peak 9 lift and a 10 minute walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive. Definitely would recommend staying at this Airbnb.

Unique home in a great location. The house is decorated beautifully and you get a private hot tub. Super spacious as well with several “guest houses” on the property. Like other reviews point out, the place definitely needs some updating. No one in our party loved the showers (small, no water pressure, difficult to set temp) and the beds were spring mattresses, so not the most comfortable. For those reasons, i feel the place was a bit over priced for our short stay, but all-in-all, we had a great time. The owner/point of contact seemed very friendly and was responsive when we reached out. We would consider staying again!

Beautiful place with breathtaking views! Plenty of space

This place was perfection! From the moment you pulled up the driveway and see the view, it takes your breath away. The house was beautiful and comfortable. We had our daughter’s birthday party here and everyone that stayed loved it. The deck was a perfect hang out spot for grilling and socializing. The hot tub, sauna, and game room were all a hit. Warren was very responsive and made sure it was a comfortable stay for all of us. We will for sure be back next year :)
