The Gecko Bach, Tiny Home Accomodation

Continental breakfast provided for first 2nights of your stay. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. Raumati Bch & shops are a 20min walk or catch a bus -bus stop outside the gate We are a smoke/vape free property. Listed for 4 using pallet couch as double bed. We hope you have a wonderful stay :)

I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Fantail Cottage, is a private, tranquil retreat nestled among regenerating native trees with views over bush clad hills. 8kms north of Upper Hutt. 1km to Remutaka Cycle Trail, and Pakuratahi mountain bike trails, 3kms to Te Marua Golf Course and Wellington Speedway. A great base for outdoor activities, or just a quiet weekend get away from city life without having to travel for hours. Upper Hutt City has many restaurants, fast food outlets and Brewtown, a destination for craft beer lovers.

Three year old stand alone executive villa situated next to the Paraparaumu Beach Golf Course. With private access to the course & a stones throw to the golf club clubrooms, this is perfect for a golfing or chill out weekend away. Take in views the of the course & hills from your bedroom or enjoy some 🥂 on the deck - while being a spectator of the 10th green. If golf isn't your cup of tee there's a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants & bars. Minimum two night stay.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofabed, seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a TV with chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly. 2 adults will be considered a couple unless otherwise stated.

Kakapo Kabin - prime location.

New purpose built studio. Clean, fresh and light, double glazing and insulation. Private with own entrance and off street parking. Popular Raumati Beach ( safe swimming, surf casting, water sports) is down a shared driveway one minute away. There is a small deck and sunny outdoor seating area. The studio is accessed up stairs so not suitable for guests with limited physical ability. Short walk to Raumati Village.

Less than 500 metres to the beach and Raumati village, the studio unit fits 2 people comfortably but can sleep up to 3. A five minute stroll to several cafes and eatery's. Fully self contained with small bathroom and kitchenette. Approximately 40 minutes to Wellington city. You will be welcomed by our friendly and enthusiastic dog who lives in the contained back yard of our place.

Coast Studio

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac this newly renovated studio is a 2 minute walk from the Paraparaumu Beach Bowling Club, a 5 minute walk from Paraparaumu Beach and the Airport, and a 10 minute walk from Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club, and the shops and eateries at Paraparaumu Beach.
