Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Αγαπάμε τις γατούλες που σεργιανιζουν στα μπαλκόνια. Σε κάποιους βέβαια μπορεί να μην αρέσει το γεγονός ότι υπάρχουν ταιστρες με φαγητό για τα γατάκια στα μπαλκόνια (τουλάχιστον στο δικό μας που ήταν στον πρώτο όροφο) οπότε καλό είναι να το γνωριζουν. Αυστηρος ο κανόνας αναφορικά με την απαγόρευση του καπνίσματος στους εξωτερικούς χώρους.

Our stay in Kea at Margarita’s place was simply exceptional! The house is beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea that delighted us every day. Margarita welcomed us with warm and thoughtful hospitality, making our stay an unforgettable experience. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and full of charm. Although one of the rooms was a bit smaller than expected, it still had a lot of character and didn’t diminish our enjoyment in any way. We highly recommend this place for a perfect stay on the island of Kea!

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of incredible. This home was built to live in! The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities and more. Each room boasts sweeping views of the picturesque Aegean ocean! I would highly recommend this spot! Alex was extremely helpful and the local host, Nicos was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will certainly be back!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à la maison de la plage au début du mois d’août. Malgré la chaleur, le vent qui soufflait, de manière continue, de la mer était rafraîchissant. En outre, la maison est climatisée , ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir. La maison est très belle et très bien équipée avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La très grande terrasse nous a permis de manger à l’ombre matin, midi et soir. Le gros plus est le fait que la maison donne directement sur la plage et qu’il n’y a presque personne. Nous sommes partis avec nos deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans et ils ont adoré. En bref, nous recommandons vivement cette belle maison de plage

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The house is located in a peaceful, private bay right by the sea, offering breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and having direct access to the beach. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with stunning sea views, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

Aegli is an amazing host! She was very helpful with anything we needed about the house or recommendations for the island. The house was beautiful with an amazing view and plenty of space for everyone. We had to rent a car though because the beach is not very close. I would definitely recommend Aegli's lovely house!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

I had the most wonderful stay at Villa Sandra Maria! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close enough to town for convenience, yet still wonderfully private. As someone who isn’t the most confident driver, I really appreciated how easy it was to get around. The private parking was such a bonus, it was enough to accomodate 3 cars, something rare to have on the island. The views were absolutely stunning, and the infinity pool was a dream—every morning, waking up to those views felt like a luxury. The villa itself was spotless, and the host went above and beyond to provide us with clear, helpful details that made everything effortless. What really stood out, though, was how attentive and thoughtful the owner was. She was always just a message away, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for, which added such a personal touch to the experience. This villa truly exceeded all my expectations. I honestly can’t wait to return!

Très beau logement charmant, fonctionnel et bien équipé. : parfait pour 2! La vue sur la mer et le coucher de soleil sont en effet magnifiques et à cette saison nous n'avons pas été gênés par la circulation sur la route qui passe en-dessous. La communication a été très bonne et Maria, ainsi que Dimitra qui nous a accueillis, ont été très réactives et de bons conseils. Maria a été très arrangeante suite aux changements dûs à la grève (dont elle nous avait elle-même informés) : merci ! Je recommande ce logement Merci pour ce séjour
