It offers a private balcony with an unrestricted sea view. The location, only 10 minutes by car from the island's capital (Chora), and a 3 minutes from Gialia beach, ensures that guests can easily access a variety of activities and amenities while still enjoying the tranquility and natural beauty of the surroundings.

Αποτελείται από το κυρίως υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι & ένα δεύτερο δωμάτιο, που έχει τις χρήσεις καθιστικού, κουζίνας & οδηγεί στο μπάνιο, ενώ πάνω από αυτά, υπάρχει ένας ανοικτός υπερυψωμένος κρεβατότοπος, με 2 μονά στρώματα. It can host 2-6 people, i.e. one or two couples, families of up to six members or a company of 2-6 friends.
