Kick back and relax at Mello House. This calming home is designed specifically for two people to enjoy a sense of seclusion in a private and inspiring landscape of olive trees whilst being close to surrounding villages and amenities. For guests who are feeling energetic, the pool has a powerful jet that creates a strong current to swim against. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a separate office connected to the house which can be used for remote working or as a peaceful yoga studio.

Welcome to Muar Suites, an exquisite collection of five luxurious suites nestled in the enchanting landscape of south Crete, near the picturesque village of Agios Pavlos. The pool area is shared by the five suites. Boasting inspiring seaviews, this exclusive retreat is the perfect destination. Each of our elegantly designed suites showcases a unique and stylish handmade decoration. A small kitchen, COCO-MAT production beds and high-quality linens ensure the ultimate comfort for our guests.

Vraskos villa - free heated pool for low season

The villa enjoys a unique rural location. Set on a spacious private plot, fully enclosed by a stone wall and metal fencing. The beautiful rural setting provides the perfect atmosphere! A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. Only in 5-8' driving you are in all the amenities! In 2026 there will be two more villas in the area but without obstructing the marvelous rural views. Around May new photos of the area will be available to be uploaded.

Domicilechania - Venetian Residence

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children. The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

THE VILLA WAS BUILT IN 2021.The villa is located at the entrance of Kalyves, a popular coastal resort in northwest Crete. Kalyves is a small, cozy place where Greek traditions are still maintained and where everything is offered for a wonderful holiday experience. A Super Market is located 200 meters away, where you can find everything you need. In the area you can find lots of restaurants, taverns and café but also spend your day at the crystal beach nearby (150m away).
