El lugar es hermoso , muy bien ubicado . Las piscinas fabulosas el ambiente muy agradable , la comida deliciosa y esta ubicado a solo pasos de la Marina donde puedes encontrar de todo . Estuve con mis hijas y disfrutaron cada minuto . incluso al despertar estuvieron los tucanes de visita al balcón . Se vieron las guacamayas así también como los pericos. El condominio Bella Vista con un personal de seguridad muy respetuoso y atento. Volveremos eso es seguro !!

I love the quiet location and great view! We were returning for a 3rd visit to this house and it’s always great! Walkable food, drinks, coffee and beach. Great hosts, always super responsive and kind. They’re helpful with things around the house and know everything about the area if you need anything. The beach is paradise! The house is a perfect place for you to feel like you’re miles away from anything, when really it’s just a quick walk

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here 6 nights. Juan was very flexible and responsive, Noelle at the front desk was always helpful and friendly and the maintenance man came and fixed something that we found broken within 10 minutes. The place feels like you’re in your own private sanctuary yet is located at the top of a road that leads down directly into the alley everyone uses to walk onto the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shops just at the bottom of the road too. A local market about 500 meters away carries everything you could need. This is as good overall as AirBnB’s get so I highly recommend staying. Two things to note are that you will need something with 4x4 drive to get up/down the driveway and if you are particular about pillows I would recommend you to bring your own as the ones here are pretty flat. That being said, the bed is large and comfy and the entire layout is very romantic. Thank you Juan to you and your crew! Thanks Noelle!

We absolutely loved this place! Both house and location! The house is beautiful, well equipped and super comfortable. Loved the dynamics of the open living space & kitchen facing the pool & surrounded by luxurious vegetation, the spacious open bathroom & the comfortable A/c rooms. The space is perfect for a family of 4 like us and is great both in sunny and rainy days. The kitchen is very well equipped. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They are always in the area doing maintenance and assisting on anything you might need. The house is cleaned every morning and the wet towels changed (both shower and pool). The hermosa market is right next door which is very convenient. And the beach is my favourite in the area. Soooo beautiful!!! perfect for surfing all levels. A beautiful walk away from the house. I could live here!!!

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

The setting was amazing! It was really cool to be so close to Montezuma and the area but have a peaceful jungle retreat to go to. The pool was wonderful for cooling off and watching the animals. We saw a great variety of birds, reptiles, and had howler monkeys come through. It was an incredible few days. Jodi reached out after first booking and was a very responsive host, she connected us with Leanne and Ron right away, and they could not have been nicer or more helpful with all our local questions, giving suggestions, recommendations and advice. This was a phenomenal portion of our trip!!

My wife and I LOVE Marriott Los Suenos. It is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I have ever stayed. Johana's unit is located right next to the golf course with a great view of the course and water. The Beach Club is super nice & highly recommended. Perfect place for a getaway.

Nailed it with this location. We have never visited Costa Rica before & I can’t express how helpful Caesar was through the whole process with any questions I had. He was very quick to respond and always incredibly helpful. The house itself was a dream. It was much bigger than we actually needed, but it was nice to have the space to spread out. we felt very safe in Punta Leona. The views from the house were so incredibly gorgeous. Waking up every day to the sounds of the ocean and all the birds and wildlife all around will be missed, but we do hope to return one day. Hazel the housekeeper comes every day and she is such a special person. She was also very helpful. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. We saw tons of monkeys, iguanas, scarlet macawas, and many other birds from the house. Plays Blanca was wonderful to snorkel every day. We watched sea turtles hatch from the beach and snorkeling with sea turtles & colorful fish. It was perfect.

El alojamiento espectacular: tiene diferentes ambientes, vista hermosa, piscina super chiva, muy moderno y equipado, super tranquilo el lugar, espacio de parqueo, camas muy cómodas. Se requiere vehículo 4x4. Disfrutamos muchísimo del lugar. Super recomendado!

Una villa cómoda, tranquila y recomendable para viajes de descanso. La zona de la piscina muy bonita, tanto Priscilla como su hija fueron muy atentas y amables. La villa estaba muy limpia, el baño esta reci9entemente remodelado, solo la puerta está un poco deteriorada. Recomiendo mucho el sitio, entorno muy lindo, muy cerca de la playa.

Such a lovely stay, the villa is gorgeous, views are stunning, we loved it! The hill is walkable but steep so it was definitely a good work out, we had a 4x4 and it managed it fine. Santa Teresa is great, so many restaurants and bars, we surfed/tried to, headed to Montezuma for zip wire and thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous sunsets from the villa. BBQ and kitchen was great, we ate in a few times and quite enjoyed watching the ant action at night. Tomi the dog was a lovely extra we discovered he loved chomping on ice cubes, he was a gem! The hosts are very responsive, loved the info they sent it was great, would highly recommend staying here.

Everything about our stay here was a dream, I didn’t want to leave! This place is a little piece of paradise and is so much more than we expected. The place was so clean, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, the property was spectacular! We loved taking a dip in the pool each evening and hearing the howler monkeys each morning, the different birds and other wildlife! Michele is an amazing host - always looking out for his guests and providing advice and recommendations based on our daily plans each time we ran into him - he truly cares about his guests and wants your stay to be as perfect as you do. He let us check in early when we arrived in Montezuma, he also recommended we check out late as he had no guests coming the day we left. I cannot say anything bad about this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is beautiful, and the house is spacious and well laid out.

La casa de Dana esta en una posicion predilecta, se puede caminar por un pequeño sendero para llegar a la playa y esta en una zona mas tranquila de Santa Teresa. Disfrutamos de la terraza despues que bajó el sol y la cocina era muy comoda para preparar las comidas.

This was my second time staying at Carlos’ place and I will definitely be back when I come visit Santa Teresa! It is a perfect escape, it feels very private yet is so close to everything you need. The house is clean and has great WiFi and AC for remote work. Carlos is an amazing host, he is super friendly and always willing to help. He even helped me organize a horseback tour. His local knowledge made a huge difference! Great price, great location!

I was there for 4 WEEKS .. just an amazing location walkable to all things you need including beach ! GREAT hosts ! Always responsive and helpful… highly recommended !!

I’ve had to take some time to fully articulate the experience we had. To put it simply, the photos do not do the home justice. The staff is just amazing. We had never been to Montezuma, and, what an amazing town. We had been to Costa Rica before, and if you’re looking for an authentic experience with people you trust, do yourself a favor and stay here. The home speaks for itself. It’s such a special place. Skip the popular & tourist towns and visit here. Amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this property: we loved relaxing on the large terraced area, watching local wildlife: birds, squirrels, monkeys. The pool area was ideal for cooling down in the afternoons. The beach is within a short walking distance, as is a supermarket and other eateries. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies and additional towels, and the aircon in both bedrooms was a relief at night. Beds and linens were extremely comfy - we all slept incredibly well on this leg of our trip. The host was very responsive both before and during our stay. Overall, a very relaxing few days in the middle of a busy trip around Costa Rica! We would return again in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing two week stay at Casa Camino ground floor! The house was amazing and modern, yet highlighted the surrounding nature beautifully. We saw many monkeys, iguanas, frogs, and more which was special. The location is perfect on the north end of Santa Teresa - away from the busiest part of town, 5 min walk to surf & beach. Mike and his team were great communicators and always helpful with assisting in coordinating activities, taxis, etc. You won’t regret staying here!

The place was amazing! They look cleaners and maid service was also friendly. The only problem is the raccoons drinking from the pool later at night and crawling on the roof but I think that’s out of their hands. Otherwise it’s the most central spot for anything around Santa Teresa and the host is so responsive!

We loved our stay at Casas del Soleil. The property is stunning, surrounded by nature, and the villa was spotless with a well-equipped kitchen. Its location, set back from the main road, ensures a peaceful environment. Soraya is truly a treasure and her staff were exceptional. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, arranged our airport transfer and ATV delivery. The cleaning service was top-notch, and they even took care of our laundry. The pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning!

Está casa es una verdadera joya en Montezuma. Su ubicación es un poco complicada (recomiendo un auto alto) pero considero que es el precio a pagar por tan espectacular vista al mar y al bosque y por la privacidad que el lugar proporciona. Además, Dave fue lo suficientemente claro para ayudarnos a llegar con instrucciones precisas, comunicación a tiempo y un video que hace más fácil el Acceso. La casa es tan hermosa como se muestra en las fotos; la piscina, aunque pequeña, es ideal para relajarse mientras se disfruta del entorno y del concierto de sonidos de la naturaleza. El pueblo está bastante cerca, a menos de 10 min en auto si se va por el camino corto (colocando ruta a pie) y a 20 si deciden tomar la ruta larga que marca maps con auto, cualquiera de las dos opciones para nosotros estaba bien. Gracias Dave por tu comunicación tan oportuna y por aparecer a la media noche para guiarnos. Mi familia y yo pasamos días increíbles y soñamos con una casa como la tuya. ¡Hasta la próxima!

Tanias Casita is a very lovely place just a short drive away from Montezuma center. It‘s a lovely place surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the casita, the pool and the nearby surroundings. We didn‘t have a car so we had to either take a taxi uphill (5000 colon) or walk a short but very steep bit. We can definitly recommend Tanias place - she‘s a wonderful host. And if you stay there don‘t miss out on the butterfly garden next door and a cool drink in the butterfly brewery.

Un lugar muy acogedor, muy limpio y organizado, el lugar muy bonito, privado y seguro, la anfitriona al 100%, super atenta... Recomendado, mi familia y yo la pasamos de maravilla..
