The Pineapple Express is a 500 sq ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath home with ocean views, a private NEW HOT TUB (November 2025), tropical decor, and landscaped with tropical foliage. The home is located in Milolii near city of refuge, Punalu’u bakery, South point. Milolii is 35 miles south of Kona and 65 miles north of Volcanoes Natl. Park. Great area for the adventurers. SuGar Cottage Free Scuba Diving! Adults Only

Located in Papa Bay on a three acre parcel in south Kona. Plenty of privacy in a lush Hawaiian setting. Cool breezes at a 1,000 foot elevation. If you are a scuba diver, we take you out on shore dives. We provide tanks and weights. If you want to snorkel, we can give you a tour of places to snorkel. All of our services are free for our guests. Our location in southern Kona makes it convenient to visit the Volcano National Park, Green Sand Beach, Black Sand Beach and other local attractions.
