If golfing is your thing , you are just 30 minutes from Dundarave Golf course in Brudenell . Cottage is equipped with beach essentials, ( towels , chairs, umbrella , ) TV is set up with Netflix and there is an assortment of games, books, puzzles.

The “Kenzie B” cottage is a newly built cottage with unique features throughout like a sliding steel barn door, a steel shower and old barn beams along the ceiling. The covered veranda off the front of the cottage provides you with stunning views of the tidal river and a private hot tub overlooks the river as well. Swim, boat, float, whatever you wish, the river awaits! We also have a motorized floating picnic table for rent if you'd like to explore the river some more.

Our lot is right on the Northumberland Strait (Warmest waters north of Carolina's), has stunning panoramic ocean views with bank access to the beautiful beach below. It is a great place to stay if you enjoy kayaking, fishing or boating as there is a boat launch just minutes away.

With beaches in all directions, you can walk 5 minutes to Joe French’s beach to watch the sunset, take a 10 minute stroll down Katies Lane to the bay and dig quahogs for dinner, or jump on a bicycle and within minutes stretch out on the renowned Panmure Island beach.
