Ericson’s place is perfect for families. It has basic necessities and not too far from the city. It’s safe since it’s inside the subdivision. Host also responds quickly to queries and requests. Will recommend this place to friends and family who will travel Bacolod bound. Thank you for accommodating us!

Her place is your home away from home. We immediately felt comfortable upon our arrival. However, the wifi connectivity was very slow. It didn’t bother us much but the car parked at the garage was inconvenient and made the entrance narrow. Overall, it was a great deal and experience. We really enjoyed the place. It’s beautiful as described and as shown in the pictures. You won’t regret booking it for your vacation. The host was responsive and helpful. Thank you for sharing your place to us.

Great place to stay for a nice retreat :)

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

Everything was pefrect. Spacious living room and what we preffer ,all rooms on the ground floor.Wifi working perfectly. For sure we will come back

The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was super responsive and made check-in easy and smooth. If you are going to Bacolod, look no further. This is it. One Regis is in the most Beautiful part of the town. The Condo has everything you need, the host is super nice. The Security are very friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. 7-11 downstairs. Most of all, the view is awesome. I loved sitting at the window and watch the outside. I hope to be back again. Don’t read anymore reviews on Airbnb. Just book it.

The unit was impeccably clean and beds are comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. It has the quality kitchen and cooking utinsels. Ideal for a family staycation.

This is my third time at Ms Teng's place. As always, I feel right at home and I'm happy to see the working area again (the chair and table helps in the efficiency of one's work). I sincerely appreciate the snacks and Ms Teng's warm communication. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will get. There's toothbrush kits, soap and shampoo. A TV for those who want to watch Nextflix, YouTube, etc. It has a bunch of streaming selections in case you're subscribed. Plus a nice view of Iloilo City. Thank you Ms Teng for another wonderful and stress-free stay in your abode.

The place is very eco-friendly. I like the vibe, the view, and the neighborhood. Noli's place provides comfort, sense of calm and peace, and certainly there is value for money. The host is responsive and accommodating. We will be back, for sure. :)
