highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad. Kiran is an amazing host with very kind helpers. They live in the vicinity and are very responsive to your needs and requirements. The pool and the outdoor area is the highlight of this property. The pool was very clean and good size. Additional points for the pool being private, for those looking for it, this is absolutely private. The overall ambience of the outdoor area is really nice. Lot of activities outside the pool area. We stayed for a day, but it would be a lot more fun to stay more. The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall, I think this property is gold. And totally worth it. You will not be disappointed.

We had a memorable two-night stay at this beautiful place with our two little kids. The private pool was definitely a highlight. Clean and well-maintained, it was perfect for a refreshing dip anytime—and our kids absolutely loved splashing around. Surrounded by lush greenery, the whole place had a peaceful, laid-back vibe that made it easy to unwind. Though Mr. Babu, the caretaker, had a family emergency during our visit and we couldn’t try the home-cooked meals that other guests have praised, Mr. Basheer stepped in and was incredibly helpful. This place is perfect for a quiet family getaway or a relaxed weekend with friends.

Staying at the Hive villa was one of the most peaceful and beautiful times of our lives lately, it is maintained very well with all possible amenities and comforts you can ask for from a home like property. Kudos to Prasad and his team Alvin, Ajit, Abhishek for hosing us, it felt like home away from home. Even our pet was welcomed equally. The tree house is gorgeous and the villa has access to cricket, basketball, bi-cycles, other indoor games too, so that the kids had lots to do as well. Food is very good and property's location if absolutely charming. You are nestled amidst coffee plantations and so much lush greens around, even the sounds of birds and Malabar squirrel can be heard from a distance. We will definitely be back here Prasad. Thanks for hosting us and showing us around, and sharing your beautiful place with us.

The property is well maintained and everybody was responsive, helpful and proactive. We loved the place and enjoyed every moment. Our kids were literally in the pool for 3-4 hrs everyday. We would recommend this place anyday. We had a wonderful holiday.

Bhadra Estate is a beautiful villa tucked away from the city, surrounded by peaceful coffee plantations — a perfect getaway to relax in nature. The villa is designed thoughtfully, with large glass windows that bring the outdoors inside. Even during peak summer, the place stayed cool & airy. The private pool & the little stream right in front made it feel like we were living right in the middle of nature, surrounded by the calming sounds of water & birds. The villa itself is very well designed, blending modern comforts with natural surroundings. Mr. Sai Das was extremely friendly & our parents really enjoyed chatting with him whenever he dropped by with food. (Which was delicious, with plenty of options & snacks) He also went out of his way to get some jackfruits to take on moms request & arranged for Prince to drive us back to Kannur. We had an exceptional 2-night stay at this stunning villa in Wayanad. The location is serene and completely private, with breathtaking views all around. The private pool is beautifully maintained and feels truly luxurious. Though it's a bit remote with limited food options nearby, the fresh and delicious breakfast from the host more than made up for it. Faisal, the caretaker, was outstanding — warm, responsive, and always helpful. There's also a scenic viewpoint close by that's perfect for a morning stroll. If you’re looking for a peaceful, high-end escape surrounded by nature, this villa is a hidden gem. Highly recommend!

The resort was a perfect place to relax in nature, away from the city. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, making our stay comfortable. We absolutely loved the food—it was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. We truly enjoyed our stay!!!
