This was our third visit to Washington and third stay at the Ell Hotel on Main Street. Once again, everything was wonderful. Ellen is great to work with, and the apartment is beautiful — clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We look forward to coming back next year.

We came across the Mermaid Cottage last minute on a quick getaway and it was the perfect spot to stay for us! Very eclectically decorated and a few steps away from the ocean 🌊. Also has a very nice, private porch with nice furniture for lounging. Jenni was an excellent and responsive host, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and cozy place when visiting Avon, NC.

If you're the type of person who appreciates a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a squeaky-clean bathroom with a great shower, and a lovely setting with fantastic views, you're going to love Nelson and Elizabeth's place. We had such a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend Li'l Dock should you find yourself in this area.

Carrie's place was perfect for a long weekend away for two! Loved the space, the king size bed, the welcome snacks, and most importantly, the proximity to the beach!!

I stayed at this apartment for 8 weeks while I was on a clinical rotation for school. It had all I needed and everything was in great condition. Michael was responsive to any questions or issues extremely quickly and helped me when my plans changed suddenly. Great location, so close to the waterfront and to several great breweries and restaurants!

We absolutely loved our stay here, they really went the extra mile to make it feel like home, they had set out snacks and waters, even went as far as to prove spare toothbrushes and toothpaste just incase we forgot ours. Everything was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be looking for availability here when we come back!

What a cool place!!! The house is full of interesting art, poetry books, and comfortable and colorful furniture. The hosts left a fun assortment of tea and provided numerous comfort details such as fresh lemon grass spray in the bathroom. Truly one of the most charming and comfortable Airbnb choices I have ever made. If your staying in the area THIS IS THE PLACE!

We had a wonderful stay at Arielle’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean and cozy. Check-in was seamless, and communication with Arielle was quick and easy. Great attention to detail, both on the finishing and fixtures of the place. Amenities provided were perfect for our 4 day-3 night get away-beach passes, chairs and bikes, coffee filters and coffee, some spices, perfect supply of dishes and meal prep utensils. Luxury towels and ironed sheet turnover, comfy beds. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Will use your place again for a partial week/small group need.

Monica was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and seemed truly invested in making sure we enjoyed our stay and had a great visit to the OBX! Her place was very clean and just right for our needs, would return!

Very happy with our stay at the Firehouse! Super clean, neat and just as described. The bed was comfy and towels were fluffy. Very close to everything in Morehead. Crystal was a perfect host! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had the best stay at Jockey Ridge. Two adults, a 10yo and a dog. The space was beyond perfect, inside and out! The location was EXACTLY what we hoped for and more. The host was as fantastic as the property. Her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. We forgot a couple things, and to our surprise, it was included. Sound machine, etc. even poop bags for the dog! And a chew bone waiting for him outside. She made our vacation seamless. Not to mention being able to walk out the door and hike the beautiful sand dunes. Our 10yo loved sand boarding on a boogie board that she provided. We tried all the restaurants she suggested, and more. They were all a hit. What a special place! We booked it from what we saw online, out of hundreds of other locations, and something drew us to this place. And in person, it was better than we could have ever imagined. We hope to do it again next year, and maybe a couple times in between, too! Thank you Jockey Ridge. You made memories forever!

This was probably the best vacation I’ve ever been on the Airbnb was extremely nice and spacious and we absolutely loved the hot tub!!

This little home was perfect! The neighborhood was very peaceful and private. Everything was so clean and tidy! We absolutely loved the hot tub. Danielle was very helpful and responsive if we had any questions! 10/10 recommend staying here!!

This was our first air bnb experience and it was amazing. If you are ever considering on going to Outer Banks, look no further than this amazing place. Pat communicated with us from the very beginning til our arrival answering questions and making sure that we were prepared for coming to the Outer Banks. Pat was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. Everything showed just how thoughtful and intentional she is in making sure her guests have the best possible trip. We could not have asked for a better experience with everything. The access to the beach was so convenient and everything you could want was in walking distance. We will be back.

The location was incredibly convenient, with great proximity to the beach and local restaurants. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the sauna and jacuzzi. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable !

John was immediately available when contacted and was very helpful. We recommend this property without any hesitation.

Loved this place! Gia was super kind and so helpful with everything, I unfortunately had left my wallet after check out time and she was super quick and amazing at helping us get back inside. It was super clean and we had no problems, so many great restaurants around and such a nice easy ride to the beach. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend booking with Gia in the future and I hope i get the opportunity to do it again!
