The front deck has amazing north facing views overlooking the main beach, a bbq, outdoor seating/ dining and tv for outdoor living at its best! The fully fenced rear yard includes a 4m swim spa with views of the beach. Winnunga Beach House is a pet friendly property.

Wonderful ocean vista's across Merimbula Bay, accompanied by birdsong from the nearby bush. Magic!
