Dal 01/10/2023 a BARI è dovuta tassa di soggiorno di 2€ al giorno per persona,da pagare in struttura La nostra casa a livello strada sorge nel centro storico di Bari a pochi passi da tutti i luoghi di interesse (Basilica di San Nicola,Porto e Castello Svevo) È climatizzato e comprende 1 camera da letto ,soggiorno con divano letto e cucina completamente attrezzata. L'aeroporto dista 9 km. ,la stazione 6. a circa 800mt. Parcheggio a 5euro al giorno.

La villa si colloca in una tranquilla e serena zona di campagna a 15 minuti dal capoluogo pugliese e a 20 minuti dal mare. L'appartamento è al primo piano con scale. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). N.B: La piscina è utilizzabile da Giugno a Settembre.
