Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

This stay had absolutely everything we wanted! A spacious gorgeous interior, beautiful pool and yard, steps from the beach and close drive to Jaco. Everything was so comfortable, and the kitchen is very well-stocked, even spices! Maud was the perfect host. She was on top of every need or issue immediately (unexpected power outage in the town) and arranged solutions quickly.

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

It’s hard to sum up my feelings about this place. It was so special and wonderful. It’s hard to describe. I also hesitate about giving it so much praise because I worry that next time I want to book it it’ll be full! The place was perfect. It was right on a private beach at the end of a private road. The water was a perfect temperature. The sand was soft. The ground Keeper was so friendly and very helpful. He was very kind to my kids and we felt right at home! Also a huge added bonus were his dogs. My kids miss our dogs when we travel and they were thrilled to find dogs here waiting for us when we arrived. There were limitless activities for us to do. We could lay around on the beach or swim in the pool or do excursions that were close by. This part of Costa Rica is extremely beautiful! I would stay in a place like this over a resort any day.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Jacó, Costa Rica! The location couldn't be better - just seconds away from the beach with so much to do nearby. Whether you want to surf, relax, explore, or enjoy the nightlife, everything is super accessible. The host, Spencer, was absolutely fantastic - extremely responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Jacó and would love to come back.

Beautiful place steps away from the southern end of the beach of this national park - secluded, tranquil, and among the spectacular vegetation! Had stayed here before, never will get old. Almost want to mention that the caretaker couple are also special.

Simplemente espectacular, una casa súper cómoda , excelente ubicación, la piscina demasiada hermosa, apenas para pasar en familia o pareja , súper recomendado. 10 / 10. Henry demasiado atento a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda alguna regresaremos.

This location was the perfect spot for our family! It was right on “the strip” of Jaco so was in a walkable distance to the restaurants but felt peaceful in its location on the beach. We loved going back and forth between the beach and the pool. The building has a guard so felt very safe for us traveling with our children.

The rooftop is stunning and the pool connects you to the beach life while being elevated from the beach just enough.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zum Strand runter haben wir leider nicht zu Fuss gefunden aber mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell unten. Alle Zimmer haben Aircondition. Alles war sauber und ordentlich . Es hat eine grosse Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler, den wir nutzen konnten. Also wie Probleme mit dem Ofen hatten, hat Cindy sofort reagiert ( obwohl es schon spät war) und eine Lösung gefunden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Einfach aber zur Info, das 3. Zimmer befindet sich unten und unsere Kids hatten ein bisschen Angst dort allein zu schlafen - lag aber auch an dem Gewitter was wir so ziemlich jeden Abend hatten🙈

Karen & Chiri’s place is a must stay! we had the pleasure of staying here for our honeymoon and their place was a major part of what made our vacation so wonderful. we definitely plan to come back and when we do we want to stay here! the town is perfect and easily accessible. the beach is gorgeous and there’s a larger town a quick drive away if you’re looking for something busier. we enjoyed the privacy and serene environment not only of their place but also the town.

This was a great find! The pool is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and birds. The place had a very modern, clean feel. It was a great location- quick trip to Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park was only about an hour and a half away. Jeffery was a great, responsive host that communicated promptly. Highly recommend.

Our family of 10 had an amazing time at Cantamar, especially the pool, backyard and beautiful beach. The house is well laid out and had everything we needed. Bruce was a great host and responsive to all requests. Joel and his wife were also friendly and prompt to help with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend.

The sunsets alone were worth every penny!! We raced back to the house every night just to watch the colors change. The house itself is quaint, clean, organized and quite perfect! It’s small but they have what is needed to hang your clothes as there is not a lot of room to leave open luggage. Our family ran and played on the quiet beach. I think we saw 5 people total.. great hard packed sand for morning and evening walks. There was a spot that was very dirty (glass, plastic, etc) from high tide that you would want to wear shoes to walk through. Giovanni was thorough in communications and quick to respond! His directions were very much appreciated. We knew there weren’t a ton of amenities nearby. But it’s no joke, when you leave the house pack what you need as it’s not near activities and has very limited eating. Not an issue for most - just a heads up!

This is a wonderful place to stay right on the beach , enjoy the surf , beach walks and amazing sunsets . Antonio was very welcoming and was extremely hospitable and helpful especially as I was travelling solo made me feel right at home and comfortable .

The house is great, comfortable beds, great bathrooms etc. The pool is awesome for relaxing, the gated community with patrols really makes you feel safe. The house is right on the beach... maybe 15 feet to the water. When you read about playa tivives, they often mention crocodiles etc.. That is NOT by the house. That is far up the beach where the river comes to the Ocean. We walked to the river in hopes of seeing some crocs but did not see them. The house is just straight, awesome beach. Very private and relaxing. Finally, we paid extra to have the lady Yendry come in the mornings.. she made awesome breakfasts for us (different and delicious each day) and even a few dinners. Cleaned the house, did laundry, including our clothes. It was nice to wake up to a home cooked breakfast, fresh Costa Rican fruit, smoothies for the kids and a fresh cup of coffee for Adults. She did a few dinners too which were great!

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

This is a very special house. The decor just made us happy...a unique blend of modern concrete floors and counter tops and handmade rustic furniture, gorgeous art work and even a little deco thrown in. The location is brilliant, you can see the water in the distance and there are meters and meters of lush green pasture between you and the road. There is a fabulous small pool which is perfect for cooling down in (very) warm uvita. Excellent air in all the bedrooms. The main room is not AC-d, but this was fine with us. Everything cools down a lot at night. There is a small nice sandy beach in the front (not great for swimming as there are rocks farther out) and Natalia will tell you about a secret beach that is about a 15 minute walk away that is spectacular. No one was there while we were there and the beach is huge and perfect for body surfing. Wonderful pizza at Pizza Time and great meals at Aricari and Gusto (but Gusto is tricky to get to without 2x4). Loved every minute!

I found Carrie & Taylor's place and wasn't sure which part of town this was around in Costa Rica. Turns out Bejuco is right in the middle of everything. it's the PERFECT spot to stay. I've been to Costa Rica three times so far and Carrie & Taylor's place has been my favorite. We witnessed Macaws, Sloths, Iguanas, and much more. The condos are very quiet and peaceful. This is NOT a party area, but it is an area to have a great time with your family or friends. You have the perfect beach front view and short walk to it. There's also a pool in case you don't want to swim in the beach-You can go right out of the condos and visit Parrita or go left and visit Jaco. I was so impressed with our condo's location. On top of the location, the condo was spic and span! Super clean and set up so cute! I don't have enough nice things to say about Carrie and Taylor. If I had any questions at all they answered me immediately! Definitely worth the stay!

We had a lovely 3 nights here. The caretaker Yeni was very helpful (I don't think much English but we didn't have trouble communicating). Jessica was wonderful from afar and very responsive. The house was very comfortable. It does get warm at the beach this time of year, so very thankful for the ac in the bedrooms and lots of fans - and a wonderful swimming pool. Had all the amenities listed. Were able to grill one night. Lots of great restaurants nearby. A good set of instructions with things to do and places to get food, sights to see. Gray sand beach but not rocky like some in Costa Rica are. House was spacious - we were only two couples but easily could be a friends group or larger family. Could easily have stayed longer - maybe next time!

Beautiful home. One of the nicest I have stayed in. Pool is spectacular! The View is incredible. Staff is top notch. My recommendation for grocery would be BM in Dominical. Restaurants at the Marina in Quepos. And Restaurants in Ojchal. Please Note if you want to go to the Manual Antonio park you need to make online reservations. We found out the hard way and was not able to go see it plus it is also closed on Tuesdays. I would highly recommend this home.

We loved our stay here! we stayed for a good two weeks. The place was very clean and modern, and the location was perfect. Walkable distance from the beach, and we greatly appreciated having the essentials (chairs, cooler, towels, even an ice cube tray in the freezer!). The kitchen was well equipped and we loved being able to have breakfast at home, reheat leftovers, and avoid going to restaurants every day (the ones in the town center are very nice, but a bit expensive). The common terrace and pool were great too, we spent a lot of time relaxing there, we even spotted macaws in the nearby trees. On the second week I enjoyed working remotely from there for a few days - yes the wifi was good enough to take video calls in low-res! The beach is really nice! Pretty clean and you can park right by the palm trees and set up for the day. The waves a bit big but still fun to play around. The sunsets on the pacific are simply magical. I highly recommend this place!
