Yuri was a very thoughtful and gracious host and the condo was immaculate. The location was located in the heart of downtown Jaco with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The views from the balcony were fantastic and such a great sunset view from the private pool area, the beachfront walkway, or hanging on the beach with the surf instructors!

Quedamos muy satisfechos. Pronto volveremos.

This Airbnb is the perfect place if you want to stay by the beach, it’s literally just steps away. Check in and out was very easy and the room was very clean. However, there is a bar that plays loud music attached to the Airbnb. Personally, it didn't bother me whatsoever, and I even enjoyed being able to step out and get a drink, nevertheless, for those looking to go to bed early, it could be annoying (however, there are earplugs in the room just in case).

Pacific Point is a lovely, new apartment building with a beautiful pool and great location, right on the beach in Jacó! Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for two people. It was very clean and had lots of supplies, especially for cooking. We loved our view from the balcony and enjoyed seeing scarlet macaws and flocks of penguins, especially early in the morning! We also loved the rooftop area where we could watch the sun set. There are lots of grocery stores, restaurants and shops within an easy walking distance of the building. Our other family members had a three-bedroom spacious apartment in the same building, which made it most convenient to stay in such a lovely location! Erick was a great communicator from booking the apartment through our last day of our stay, and was most helpful. We also want to give a shout-out to our driver Bini from Odyssey Travel! We would happily stay here again!

We loved staying in this place! It was perfect for the whole family. We spent our days between the beach and the pool and it was perfect. Nothing better than having the beach right in front of the house. Also they had cleaning services every day included in the price which was amazing, we didn’t have to be cleaning the sand of the floors and we had new towels every day. We completely loved our stay totally recommend!

Beautiful off the beaten path home next to the beach. House was beautiful with air conditioning that helped on the hot and humid days. Beach was just across the street which was nice though rip tides were possible so had to swim during certain times of the day to avoid them. Jefferson was always responsive with anything we needed and even offered to do laundry for a small fee which was nice and convenient.

Si vous cherchez un logement dans un endroit calme et isolé c’est l’endroit parfait au son des vagues et vue sur la mer sur une petite route de terre avec une magnifique piscine et une cours arrière vraiment chouette. Les chambres étaient très confortables et Jenny la manager de la maison est vraiment très gentille. Susan est très réactive au messages et flexible, nous avons vraiment eu une belle fin de séjour au CR :) Le resto Mar y sol recommandé par Susan était succulent. Attention les vagues 🌊 sont très fortes, donc plus difficile à se baigner avec les enfants. Mais Plage exceptionnelle pour prendre de longues marches, comme si on était seul au monde ! Le BBQ est très vieux et usé et donc nous ne l’avons pas utilisé. L’appartement était très confortable nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Des heures de plaisir dans la piscine :) Épicerie à environ 20 minutes de l’appartement. Situé à 1h de Manuel Antonio :) donc se fait très bien pour la visite d’une journée !

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

This place was like heaven on earth for us. The location and grounds are breathtaking, a few steps away from a quasi private beach yet nestled into the jungle. Lots of wildlife to be seen from the house. The groundskeepers were lovely and helpful. The house itself had a rustic feel but had everything we needed and was very clean. Will definitely come back. What an amazing place.

Our family really enjoyed our relaxing stay here. The views, the pool, and the patio were all perfect places to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well equipped. The 3 bedrooms all had their own nice en suite bathrooms which was great! I'd highly recommend this for a relaxing stay in an off the beaten path oceanfront spot! As other I read in other reviews, the beach did have lots of driftwood and some trash that had washed up. This didn't detract from our stay at all, but worth noting if that would bother you. Jorge was great with communication before and during our trip. The restaurant he recommended right outside the gated community was a great meal and the family running the restaurant were very welcoming and accommodating.

If you’re on the fence about this place, don’t be! Awesome location. Friendly host. Great house layout, clean, Comfortable. And c’mon, you can’t beat a private pool House on the beach. It’s as cool as it looks. Our large family rented out the two houses and we loved every minute. Lorenzo is easy to communicate with and the house is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your surf trip 🤙🏽. Thanks for having us!

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Excellent logement, très bien équipé. Literie confortable, propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Guillermo avec qui la communication a été très agréable. Nous reviendrons!

Primero que todo felicitar a Mary por la excelente atención y trato respetuoso que nos brindó en todo momento, el lugar es realmente hermoso y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. El acceso a la playa es de 5 minutos caminado, solo cruzar una calle y estás disfrutando de los mejores atardeceres. El lugar es impecable y está provisto con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. Sin duda volveríamos a visitarlo!!

We had such an amazing time here the private rooftop patio was so beautiful we drank our coffee up there every morning. The security was so friendly, we felt very safe. Everything was in walking distance… restaurants and grocery stores. Overall amazing would visit again.

We were very happy staying at the condo. Amazing balcony with the most gorgeous view of the Playa Blanca beach. The condo was filled with most everything you would need. Lots of nice beach blankets, full kitchen and the surprise was having house cleaners weekly. The host responded very quick was very nice. A little far from the main road but a beautiful beach and lovely condo! Also Macaws and monkeys every day!!!

Maravilloso! El hospedaje es hermoso, acogedor y cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta! Frente a la playa y con piscina. Cocina full equipada y limpia. Por último todo bien abastecido y ordenado. Simplemente perfecto!
