Condo is nicely kept. Great location with pool and beach views. Short walk to beach. Several options for outdoor activities. Would recommend asking host for code to the pool prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

The cozy cottage was wonderful! Right at the beach, we enjoyed walks several times a day and the pool in between. Walking distance to a couple restaurants, Huckapoos was our favorite, great drinks and pizza at a great price! condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. The pool was very relaxing and clean, the property was well kept. We loved the most laid back side of the island. Kellie was an amazing communicator, we will definitely return when on Tybee Island!

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that is perfect for a large family. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood with its own access to the beach. We loved every moment spent there!

This home will for sure stay saved on my airbnb account for future stays in HHI! Honestly the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is even better than the pictures. Lin is the BEST host! So sweet, personal, and responsive leading up to our trip and while we were there. She left us some goodies, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Her house is stocked with everything you could need and more. I’ve never stayed at a beach house with so many beach chairs available for guest. The roof top patio is so cool, great hang out spot with beautiful views! The house set up and location was perfect for our stay for my bachelorette weekend. Memories made we will never forget!

Feels so cozy and like home right when you walk in with all of the beautiful furniture and decor. Also, in walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and so much more. The host, Akash, was so responsive and sent out lots of recommendations. I would defiantly book here again in the future.

A perfect piece of southern and nautical charm waiting to be filled with good times. This great little cottage has more than meets the eye. This feels like home and has everything you could need. Upon entry you are welcomed with relaxing music and a wonderfully smelling cottage, clean, prepped and ready to make you feel at home. Our stay was for only one night and I wish it was longer. Quick walk to the beach, great outside sitting area and the grill was a great addition. loved the history of the cottagr and personal touches. We did not have problems with anything in the house. A true gem and we will definitely come back. Mathew was quick to respond, excellent communication and friendly.

Our family had an amazing stay. It was our first time to Tybee Island and Renee the co-host was great with providing local places to visit and eat, she was great to correspond with, very attentive and always available should we needed any help with anything. Beautiful house with plenty of room. We had 6 adults and 5 children visit and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend. The lighthouse is right in your back. What a great site to see early in the morning or evening relaxing on the back deck. Highly recommend and hope to come back and stay there again.

Our entire group thought this was the possibly the nicest airbnb we've ever rented. The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location with easy access. We had another unit rented thru this same host but the AC went out a few days before check-in but they were proactive and switched us to an equally great unit that I think our group was even more excited to stay in after they saw the photos. All around great experience and we plan on coming back next year

My family of 6 stayed at the The Grace Calire for our Spring Break vacation a couple weeks ago. I cannot recommend this house enough! The location is perfect with short walks to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The house itself looked exactly like the photos and did not disappoint! The house was very clean, had a game room that my kids loved and also had a backyard full of things to do! The pool was very nice and my kids enjoyed swimming in it every day all day and night! There was a slight issue one day with the pool but Michelle and Nikki were extremely responsive and spent time out of their day to find a resolution ASAP, which I'm sure was no easy task since it was on a Sunday. If you are looking for a place to stay at that is in a great location, has an abundant amount of things to do just at the house alone, is very clean, and has hosts who excel at the definition of client service, this is the house you want to book! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Thank you SO MUCH to Abigail for this amazing stay. This air BNB was perfect for my group of guys for my bachelor trip. It was close to everything we love to do (Golf, fish etc...). The neighborhood was nice and peaceful, and all of the neighbors were great. The home itself is absolutely amazing. Plenty of space for everyone with a great layout. The pool and hot tub just take it over the top. We spent lots of time just relaxing in the backyard taking in the day. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in hilton head!! It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

Really beautiful home in Sea Pines, an easy walk to the beach and right alongside the bike paths. The house was even bigger than shown in the pictures, and super clean. I was amazed that even the inside of the oven was pristine! The beach is huge and uncrowded, the beds in the house are comfy, and the 3rd bedroom has 4 single beds which are perfect for kids. Plus, our dog was welcome (and very happy) in the home. We'd definitely recommend this home!

It's such a great little place. It's close to the beach and the bar and grill attached to it. It's a 15-minute walk into town for other restaurants as well. The place was clean and as described. It's in a quiet part of town, so it was very peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay at Halen's place! The location was fantastic, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus, allowing for easy morning walks and sunset views. We also appreciated that it wasn't too far from Savannah, making for a great day trip to explore the city. The property itself was spotlessly clean and exactly as described in the listing. The beautiful and relaxing pool was definitely a highlight – we spent many enjoyable hours lounging by the water. Finally, Halen was a fantastic host. She gave us all the information we needed ahead of time, making check-in and our stay seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had an amazing stay here. The house was in a perfect location, quiet but very close to both the beach and shopping/dining. The backyard was perfect for our little dog who is disabled. My husband found the primary bed to be uncomfortable, but I didn’t have any issues at all. We didn’t try any of the other beds though. We’re planning to book this house for next year, would definitely recommend staying here.

This is the second time we have stayed at Melissa's house. We love the space, the kitchen, the screened in porch, and really everything about it!! It is a short walk to the beach with all the necessities available for the beach - beach chairs, umbrella, kids toys, etc. We also love this area of Tybee Island! We would definitely stay here again!

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

This place is amazing! Great location, very clean, great size for us and comfortable. Christian was always responsive and helpful. No issues at all and we will definitely stay there again. Enjoyed everything about it.
