We stayed at this Airbnb for three weeks during a stressful yet exciting time, preparing for Cyclone Alfred. The house was incredibly dog-friendly, with everything needed to make our dogs feel welcome, plus a big fenced yard for them to enjoy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. A special highlight was the lovely elderly neighbor who kindly brought us fresh-caught fish. The well-stocked pantry was a great bonus. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly return!

We had a fabulous few days at Bikini! The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well equipped to host 4 adults and 6 kids! The outlook was stunning and we especially loved the visiting dolphins most mornings! Thanks team!

We had a great stay at the Ranch. Kids had a ball with the pool, chooks and rabbits. Unfortunately the weather wasn't awesome, but there were heaps of board games, cards etc to keep everyone engaged. The manager Chris was super, really friendly, helpful and made the stay that little bit better. Pool far better than the photos give it credit for. Lovely ionised water, and was often coupled with trips to the steam room. Really great property for a few families to have a fun time away.

Really enjoyed our stay at Gregory's large 5-bedroom home situated on the beautiful riverbank at Ulmarra. Great place to relax and enjoy the quaint offerings of Ulmarra, or explore the other little towns in the beautiful Clarence River region. We look forward to returning.

Simone was a wonderful host. Contactable but not intrusive. She has a beautiful home which was well equipped. I was aware it was some distance to restaurants, shopping and children’s playground, however, it is only a couple of kms to these facilities. 100% recommend this stay.

A beautiful, spacious home that suited a family get together perfectly. All those extra special touches made it a perfect stay. A fully equipped kitchen, an amazing bathtub and so much room made for a great time away. The Pictionary game was an hoot and hopefully the laughter from this didn’t disturb the neighbours 🫣🤣🤣🤣. Absolutely beautiful home in a truly special location. The layout was perfect for our family, giving us plenty of space and common areas. Watching the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the river was a truly unique experience. The home is beautifully decorated, and has very comfy lounges! Dream kitchen too! Having a morning cuppa on the bench seat overlooking the beach and dunes was my favourite part. Thank you for having us 😄

Incredible! Right on the sand dunes, watch the waves, feel the breeze and go to sleep with the sound of crashing waves. The house is gorgeous and a wonderful place for a family holiday. Very clean and with everything you need, lots of little extra touches which make you feels so welcome. Highly recommend.

Amazing place, stones throw from the beach and calm inlet for kids to swim. We will be back. Cant recommened the location, house and host enough.

Great hosts, we felt trusted and we felt very much at home, with generous supply of household essentials. Very cute yard with mini bungalow type structures creating a sense of privacy and a resort type feel. Very quiet town, shame the pub no longer operates but the pie shop makes excellent pies and sausage rolls. Friendly residents of the town if you happen to run into any! We used this as a base to get to other locations such as Ballina, Evans Head and Yamba, mainly in search of good fishing spots (the Richmond River wasn’t in great condition after the cyclone and associated flooding at the time of our visit). Thanks Kim and Mark for making our stay a lovely one.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Beach Getaway! Absolutely loved our stay at this Sweet Yamba Pad! 🏠✨ The location is unbeatable - perfectly nestled between Main Street and the Pacific Hotel, making it easy to enjoy everything Yamba has to offer. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing beach holiday. The large deck with BBQ was our favourite spot for morning coffees and evening drinks! Beds were super comfortable, and despite being so central, the one-way street kept things peaceful and quiet. Being pet-friendly was a huge bonus too! 🐾 Can't wait to come back for another perfect beach getaway! Thanks for a wonderful stay. 🌊🌴

we had a wonderful relaxing stay at Carol's Little Beach house. Bev was very comfortable with a beautiful view of Red Rock Park and the river. A beautiful relaxing quiet house. We wish we had more time as 1 day isn't enough.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and a lot of extras were provided. We really enjoyed sitting on the expansive back verandah and there was also seating on the front verandah. Laundry facilities were great and games were provided for our use both upstairs and in the garage. The house is only a few minutes walk from the beach.

Craig has the perfect set here, secluded and private and away from the hustle in town. The house was in immaculate Condition with every item needed weather your looking for a 2 night or 2 week stay. We will definitely be back again.

We stayed here for a week with our teenagers. The peaceful cul-de-sac location with the sound of the ocean was brilliant. Gorgeous walks along the beach from the back gate were divine. Woolgoola is only a short drive away for supplies. The house was well equipped, clean and we hope to return. Thanks

Enjoyed our stay. Place had plenty of room for all of us. Hosts were easy to deal with, and nothing was a problem. We loved having the pool, spent hours in there. Easy walk to the boat ramp. Enjoyed the walk along the foreshore to go for dinner. Neighbours were also lovely and helpful.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The house has had a massive refurb and made the place so much bigger and even better. The pictures DO NOT do the place justice. From the moment you first communicate with Raymond and Julieann to the moment you check out this house and the experience of being in Broomshead will never disappoint you. There is nothing you need to bring except yourself, some clothes and food. Everything else is provided including the welcome eggs, milk, bread, butter, coffee and tea supplies. My family loves staying here and compared to the other places in Brooms that we have stayed over the years this is number 1 by a mile. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this house again. We were even granted an early check in before noon. Well done Raymond and Julieann you have an amazing place.
