We loved the quick access to the historic district downtown. We also were thankful that it was pet-friendly which allowed us to bring our 2 small dogs. We enjoyed the bed - it slept very well. Being a queen bed, sometimes me being 6 ft 1 in. doesn't always end well, but I slept like a log the entire time. The air conditioner worked well and cooled upstairs and downstairs very well. That was a huge plus for us, too! We loved the layout of the space. Thank you for a quick get-a-way to our home away from home, St. Augustine!

Tina and Michael were great. They met all of our needs and being so close to the beach was exactly what we wanted.

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

This was our second trip to Julie’s place and it did not disappoint. We love her place. She is so nice and accommodating. It has all the amenities you need, a nice yard, and so close to the beach. It is low key, not over crowded with lots of space on the beach. It reminds of a beach cottage in a Nicholas Sparks novel. We will be back!!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

This is a beautiful home that is close to historic downtown St Augustine. The description says 'walking distance', just be aware that it is almost 9/10ths of a mile to the edge of town. To see all the sites at St Augustine historical district you have to walk A LOT. So if you are good with the mile there and the mile back, plus all the walking you do downtown, then it is walking distance. We chose to Uber, which was less than $10 each way (the cost of the parking garage without all the hassle). The house is beautiful with upgraded bathrooms. The kitchens are small but workable. There were some minor items that need maintenance but overall we were pleased with the accommodations and they were perfect for our group.

We wanted a weekend trip to relax with our family and Roland’s place was just that. Great things for the kids to do at the house and close enough to St Augustine to go enjoy some of the attractions there. The house was clean and neat, the pool was perfect and we will definitely come back!

We really loved the Hidden Oasis, and was very comfortable for our family including two young kids. They/we all enjoyed the pool and water toys. We spent hours in it daily. We cooked at home most days and there was plenty of different sized pots and pans. We really appreciated being able to bring our two dogs with us and we could tell they felt right at home. My husband enjoyed the multiple miles of biking in the area and we also appreciated the neighborhood for safe dog-walking. We also appreciated the proximity of the beach and boogie boarding. If you're looking to relax, book Terry's place. I can't say enough good things about the property or hosts. We loved the pool, chickens, and beauty of the property. Clean, and comfortable. Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

The perfect place to stay if you want to get downtown away from the busy town, but also be close by. The property is dreamy!

Had a wonderful stay at the house! The beds were comfortable and the backyard was incredible. We loved laying poolside and relaxing by the firepit. The owners were very responsive - we couldn't find the toaster the first day and they had a new one delivered to the house later that day. Very close to the beach, shops, and food, making it very convenient to grab anything we needed during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Parlor Doughnuts, which was less than 3 minutes away. Those with small children should definitely check out the park right around the corner - huge playground and splash pad. Some things to note- the house is close to a busy street. I use a white noise machine and had no issues, but others in the house had a few disturbances during the night with the occasional loud vehicle. The upstairs is about 10 degrees warmer than the first floor. We found that dropping the AC about 2 hours before bedtime and keeping the fans on made it comfortable to sleep. All-in-all a great trip!

It was exactly how it was described. Perfect for a chill, getaway. It was very spacious and private. The owners where very friendly and responded to anything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

Great & very clean place! Near all attractions we wanted to go to and all the amenities inside the house were wonderful. Nice and very attentive host!

Place was great! Beautiful location and nice quiet spot. Felt safe and close to everything. Only downside was that there was a lot of dog poop in the front yard when we arrived, which is not necessarily the host’s fault, but I did pick it all up so he didn’t think it was my dogs’. Location was great to access the zoo and the Jumbo Shrimp game. Would definitely come back!

The house was clean, great location, and quiet. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The beach was around the corner and downtown a short drive away. We will definitely book again.

This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

Great location right across from public beach access. Nicely laid out and comfortable for multiple adults. Great outdoor space. I would definitely stay here again.

I loved Raymond’s place. Everything was exactly like the photos advertised. I will book my stay here anytime I’m in Jacksonville.
