Amazing Stay at Balay Angkan! Balay Angkan is stunning & peaceful, perfect for big groups like families. We stayed for 3D2N, 18 pax at first then 7 more joined. We paid PHP 1,250 per extra guest. The villa is huge, very clean & aesthetic. For PHP 30k-35k/night (depending on season), you get the whole beautiful villa! The infinity pool, rooms & complete kitchen were amazing. There’s a long table perfect for gatherings. We just shopped & cooked our meals. There’s also a grill. Lots of bonding areas like the poolside long table & terrace upstairs. We also enjoyed videoke! So peaceful & quiet! The admins, especially Sir Don & Ms. Jen, were very responsive, kind & patient. The caretakers were also very helpful. Only downside was we weren’t allowed late checkout until 1 PM, but overall everything was perfect! Highly recommended—just make sure to book early as it’s always fully booked!

Spent Holy Week here, this time with the whole fam — kids, adults, and everything in between. It was the kind of trip where no one was rushing, the kids were constantly in the water (beach in the morning, pool in the afternoon), and the rest of us actually got to relax for once. The place is beachfront, super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We brought food, cooked our meals, and just hung out. The heated jacuzzi was a nice bonus, and the Starlink WiFi came in handy for music and movies at night. It was a really laid-back few days. No pressure, no big plans — just good weather, good company, and a really solid place to stay. Felt like the perfect way to spend Holy Week.

We had a good stay! Thank you! The place can probably fit up to 20pax, maximum. Very good for family reunions. The locals were kind and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the other activities at the beach (atv and dragon boat). The adults enjoyed the peace, occasional videoke, and the conversations and bonding that an airbnb this big provides. Thanks again!

The place was exactly as described and pictured on the listing. It was comfy, clean, and had all the necessities. Check-in was seamless, location was pinned accurately on maps, and it was indeed walkable to the beach. The host and caretakers are easy to communicate with and tended to needs promptly. Overall an excellent experience and would have opted to stay longer if my schedule permitted

Very worth it!!! The host was very responsive and active! and also thw caretaler is veru hospitable friendly and very hard workong, keeps the place always clean as in always and very thoughtful specially to kids amd adults that want to swim at the beach for safety!! Will be back soon!

Very accommodating hosts. Provided clear instructions how to get there- mejo malayo kasi pag waze directly to the place. Set proper expectations. Clean & tidy place. Our big family had an amazing time at Casa Lucia! We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and every moment was truly delightful. From the refreshing pool and serene beach to the scrumptious dishes prepared by Chef Rey, it was a perfect getaway. Highly recommended—we’re already looking forward to booking another stay here! An extra highlight was the garden, which became a playground for the kids. My son brought his soccer ball, and to our surprise, there was even a soccer goal! The kids had a blast playing soccer, adding another layer of fun to our vacation.
