A great little place for me and my kids to kick it for a weekend in Saint Augustine! The entire area and streets were kids safe for bikes and scooters and we walked or rode everywhere, to include downtown in the historic area. As well, the hosts were exceptionally responsive and even gave a few recommendations for us to do. Very nice place and will definitely look to stay again!

This is a very nice and clean home in s great location. We were within walking distance of the Castillo so we were able to leave the car parked and walk around all day. I will definitely stay here again.

We are so grateful to Tim and Melody for providing a space where our family could be at home for a long weekend. My partner and I are in the process of creating a blended family, so this time together - and the need for it to be peaceful and joyful - was especially important for our young kids. It was everything we could have hoped for and more. We will be back!

My family and I felt very comfortable staying at Nick’s place. It was clean, private and it is in a great location. Nick is a great host. He provided us with information about the area, things to do, etc. the house is just a short drive from Vilano Beach. We can’t wait to visit again. We will definitely recommend their house to our friends and family!

This is our 4th time renting an Airbnb in St. Augustine and this one is our absolute favorite by far. Their home was neat and clean, and so comfortable and cozy, which made it the perfect home to celebrate my birthday with our grown twins and their families. We will definitely rent their home again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The rental was a peaceful retreat accommodating family with 4 spacious bedrooms -2 rooms with bunks! Three comfy sofas for lounging and additional sleeping options. Three bathrooms more than adequately supported the guests staying. An efficiency kitchen downstairs, full kitchen upstairs (including all pans, utensils and dishes needed), and grill outside covered all meal preparation needs wonderfully! The house was fresh, clean and beautifully renovated! Outside area also was incredible with boat dock, outdoor TV, Adirondack chairs, wood swings and fire pit all encompassed in nicely landscaped fully fenced yard! The river is home to some amazing wildlife too! Lastly the host was so nice, helpful and responsive! Highly recommend!!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

We loved this place, and it was perfect for our needs. We needed a casual jump-off point for town, which was 10-15 minutes away from the property. the neighborhood was pretty also. The house was quiet. I would caution anyone who is unsteady with stairs (such as with a medical issue that affects mobility) as the staircase is tall and feels long. Our favorite thing was the book of recommendations from the host for food, coffee and things to see.

This cute apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the ocean, it is quiet, and surprisingly larger than what I expected. It is a peaceful retreat, with access to much of what makes New Smyrna Beach such an enjoyable destination.

John and Kelley’s place was easy to find and in a great location with plenty of walkable restaurants. We were in town for the MS walk which was at the Lighthouse down the street. It is also a nice walk to Historic downtown St Augustine and it was nice not have to search for parking. They were very flexible and were able to accommodate an early check in. Their place is very quiet, quaint, and a very comfortable bed. We won’t hesitate to book another stay! Hopefully to catch a concert at the Amphitheater which is also a short distance. Nice place to stay for a night.

Excellent, walkable location. Spacious with all listed amenities. Across from a school which gives it a ‘home away from home’ feel. Balcony with two chairs overlooking the street. Gorgeous comfortable double bed. The front door lock batteries weren’t working on one of the days, Gina immediately replaced them with new ones. We enjoyed our stay, I can recommend this property.

Close walk to everything and plenty of parking.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication throughout the trip seamless and effortless. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and various treats. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

Really great spot. Todd gave clear detailed instructions on how to get into the gated community as well as the residence. Incredibly clean. Walking distance from food and the beach. Todd was very responsive for any questions we had, and the condo had everything possible we would need to be comfortable. Would stay again. Wish we stayed longer!

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway. Great condo. Lots of extras including kitchen utensils/spices, etc. Lots of beach supplies. Great location. Pool was great. Hope to be able to stay there again!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything was there. We miss only more toilet paper rolls and shower soap in kids bathroom. The resort is perfect to spend nice time: very nice and clean 2 pools, spa and tennis/pickleball courts. The privat beach acces was fabulous with a tourtle direct close to boardwalk. We tried a few restaurants during our stay, and fall in love with one direct over the fence-Santiago's FloridaKitchen: perfect fresh homemeda food and very nice fast service. And you can not forget the Mayday ice cream. A lot of things to do around. We will definitely love to come back.
