Ο χώρος καθαρός, τακτοποιημένος, η ιδιοκτήτρια είχε αφήσει ανοιχτή κ την θέρμανση καθώς ο καιρός ήταν πολύ κρύος….το εκτιμήσαμε πολύ γιατί φτάσαμε αργά στο σπίτι!

We kwamen laat in de avond aan door problemen met het vliegtuig. Giannis had al verteld dat het laatste stukje even een klimmetje was maar zelfs in het donker ging alles prima. De eerste dagen was er veel wind en dat zette de shutters van de ramen in beweging maar als de wind gaat liggen is het heerlijk stil. We hebben elke dag heerlijk uitgeslapen en vanuit Neo Kosmos de rest van Athene ontdekt en op veel plekken gegeten die Giannis had aangeraden. Dit was onze eerste keer Athene maar wat een leuke stad! We hebben heerlijk genoten. We zijn niet veel thuis geweest maar hebben wel elke ochtend en ‘s avonds laat van het prachtige uitzicht genoten. Dit is geen luxe verblijf en zo wordt het ook niet geadverteerd door Giannis. Top!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

We got there in the middle of the night from the airport. Checking in and out was super easy and the house had everything we needed. It was a very short stay, but it was perfect. Thank you!!

Christos was amazing as a host-when I arrived I had an issue entirely of my own making and he personally resolved the problem within minutes, such a kind and wonderful man, would highly recommend.

Elena a été une super hôte, beaucoup de communication. L’appartement est très proche du métro, très pratique avec toutes les commodités. Nous avons voyagé avec 2 enfants de 4 ans et 9 mois. Nous avions un lit parapluie prêt à notre arrivée. Il y a un super marché juste en face de la maison ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons passer une très bonne semaine ! Ευχαριστώ Elena !!

Ηταν ολα υπεροχα πολυ ομορφος χωρος και πολυ μεγαλος ηταν ολα πεντακαθαρα η Κυρια Γεωργια ηταν πολυ φιλοξενη.Σας ευχαριστουμε πολυ το συνιστουμε ανεπιφυλαχτα σε ολους!!!

Nous avons eu la chance de voir Christina et ses parents. Ce sont des personnes charmantes et accueillantes. Rina, leur chienne est tout aussi adorable 💝 avec une belle entente avec notre petit Stuart 🐶 Dommage que notre planning ne nous a pas permis de les voir plus. La cour de type Hacienda est vraiment superbe et leur maison est très spacieuse. Tout était parfait il ne manquait rien ! La maison est hyper bien située à 13mn de l'aéroport et à 2mn du centre ville où il y a de très bons restaurants. Nous recommandons à 100% Au plaisir lors de notre prochain voyage ! If you want to experience a different side of the glorious city then this is the place to stay. Julia was a wonderful host and we felt very much looked after and loved. We highly recommend this property for your Athens stay

Lovely residence. The top floor had separate entrance and was very private. Rooms very spacious and outdoor areas were wonderful. Konstantinos was a terrific host and very generous with his time. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens provided. Aegina is a lovely island. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have been there longer!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb villa! The property was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

We stayed here for 9 days and was worth every penny. Beautiful hotel like apartment with lots of towels, as well as beach towels provided. We were even provided with a complimentary clean during our stay. It was a very quiet, salubrious area. We walked to Gylfada which took about 30 minutes. There was plenty of taxis and metro was easy to get to via taxi. Metro then took only 20 minutes into central athens. Taxis were v cheap. Would highly recommend, 5 stars for every aspect of our stay.

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

We loved our stay at Georgios! They were excellent hosts and were able to accommodate an early check in after our long day of flying. The Commications were excellent with Georgios and Nikolia. They provided excellent recommendations for things to do in the area! We loved it! My wife said the bed was very comfortable and we truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the spectacular view of Acropolis!

Ce logement était à la hauteur de l'annonce et de nos attentes. L'espace pour chaque personne, l'ameublement stylisé, la piscine intérieure même si un peu fraiche pour la période d'hiver. Merci à Irini pour son accueil, sa délicatesse pour notre arrivée en prévoyant le minimum dans le frigidaire. Nous pourrions revenir dans cette location si nous revenons à Athènes.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood near the beach. Everything was clean and tidy. The host was friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurant and coffee house options on the coastline. Grocery stores within 3-5 minutes by car. Recommended for relaxed vacations or uninterrupted remote work from a peaceful location.

Apartment in a good neighbourhood, the location is great, is not central but you have everything you need and it’s super secure at night. The metro station is about 20’ on foot and the bus stop 5’. Yaser is great, always available and super friendly, he’s very reactive whenever you need him. The apartment is big and comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need for a long stay.

Great location for eating, touristy things and public transport. Quiet apartment with nice back deck. Would stay again.

Antonis was very informative and easy to communicate with. This Airbnb is right in the heart of the picturesque part of Athens and easy to walk to everything. The washer/dryer was greatly appreciated after 2 weeks of traveling Greece and the islands. Highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Politimi’s place was like a dream! It was just so beautiful inside - more like a New York style apartment. It was absolutely spotless & exactly as shown in the photos. And it was so well stocked! Fruit & vegetables, chocolate, milk - it’s these little things that make such a huge difference. Politimi was also a dream host. She checked in to make sure everything was ok & I knew she was just a message away if I needed anything at all. The area is lovely & quiet, with supermarkets, bakeries & restaurants close by. It was also a 15 min walk to the main shopping/restaurant strip in Chalandri. This place was just what I needed & I couldn’t be more thankful 🙏🏻

Amazing house with greats views, really quite and peaceful. Loved the yard and the pool. Dimitris was really polite and responsive to every request we had and the service in general was to the point.

Σίγουρα θα πρότεινα αυτό το διαμέρισμα σε οποιονδήποτε σχεδιάζει να επισκεφθεί την Αθήνα! Ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο – ευήλιο, και πολύ ευρύχωρο με μεγάλα και άνετα δωμάτια και σαλόνι. Επίσης, ήταν πεντακάθαρο, κάτι που για μένα είναι πάντα σημαντικό. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν εξαιρετική, καθώς βρισκόταν σε μια πολύ καλή περιοχή της πόλης, κοντά στην αγορά του Χαλανδρίου, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη για να μπορείς να χαλαρώσεις μετά από μια γεμάτη μέρα. Θα το ξαναεπέλεγα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη για την επόμενη επίσκεψή μου στην Αθήνα!
