Great little place to Stay. Katie was really friendly and has a great knowledge of the local area, would definitely stay again.

Superb experience with a welcoming host and brilliant location. Hans looked after us during our short stay, always willing to lend travel advice. The highlight was absolutely the breakfast. Truly set us up for a day out and incredible value for money. Thanks Hans!

We had such a lovely time at Sunset View. After a little blip getting started (which was very quickly resolved), we quickly settled in and felt right at home in Emily's comfortable and well thought out caravan. Devon Cliffs is a huge site but the van is in a great position in a quiet cul de sac so you're not 'on top' of other people. Only a 5 minute walk to the leisure area and shop and we had a lovely sea view when the sun came out! We really loved it and will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic Holiday! Weather was mixed! But made the most of everyday with booking activities rain or shine! Alice was a fantastic host always communicating and asking how we were! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Caravan was great! Clean tidy and very homely! Sea view stunning even when it rained 🤣 All in all a super holiday!! Fabulous location. Chalet itself in idyllic setting but also only a few minutes drive from Sidmouth making it a brilliant place for a holiday. So handy having a shop and cafe next to the chalet selling all sorts of homegrown delights. Chalet has a lovely living space which were able to relax in. Would highly recommend.

I have just come back from a couple days away at Tamyn's place. It was exactly as described and easy to find with the instructions provided. The location is spot on and the accommodation was clean, tidy and well thought out. I loved the extra touches too, like biscuits and coffee / sugar. A decent size TV and lovely to have somewhere to sit other than on the bed. I hope you will have me back another time as it was a lovely stay.

Fabulous little place to stay! Just what we needed for a night away so we could attend a wedding reception at Pynes House. Exe Valley Farm shop near by so we could pick up some breakfast pastries. Cottage was cosy and comfortable, adjustable heating was great as it was still a bit chilly at night. Lovely decor, spacious feel. Beautiful setting with lots of lovely birdsong. Even saw our first Swallows of the year! Great local walks and fabulous pub next door to the cottage. Very private but knew Kate the host was there if you needed help. Thanks for a great stress free stay.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend at Alan's place. He was generous, helpful, and communicated clearly. The place itself is neat, rightly sized, and easy to locate. The yard is roomy, and the patio furniture is thoughtfully placed for you to soak in the Sun. The kitchen is well equipped with an impressive array of crockery and cooking tools. There are quite a few restaurants in the vicinity. Jacqui's Cafe stands out for its sumptuous all-day breakfast. The folks there are friendly and generous. There's a well-stocked grocery store at a 5-minute walk from the house. Special Mention: My daughter wasn't well, and Alan was kind enough to accommodate us for the check-out. In a nutshell, we had a great time & look forward to going back there again.

We enjoyed our visit to Mill farm. Nice views and very peaceful. Loved the accommodation and the bed was so comfortable. Our children played with Derrys 4 girls and we felt very welcome. Thank you

Great stay at the apartment. Chris was a great host, we didn’t meet him in person but he was incredibly helpful & accommodating, replying to messages very quickly. We only stayed for one night, two adults & two children and our dog. Everything was as described, very easy to find, easy parking and lovely areas for the dog to run about, clean & warm. Although you are minutes from the moors so ideal if you are going walking. Chris gave us some local recommendations for food which was great. The cromwell arms was lovely. Overall the apartment ticked all boxes for us for a one night stay ( being very picky if we stayed longer the fire exit light would annoy me at night time as it seemed bright - but that’s the whole point of it!) Thank you for a great stay!

Firstly, what great hosts Pat & his wife were. Thoughtful touches welcoming us there such as biscuits, milk, tea, coffee, cleaning necessities also! Always available to contact & nothing was too much for them to help with our stay. Everything in a home from home that we could have asked for & made our stay even more pleasurable by having our newborn Granddaughter stay for a couple of nights. You made our stay smooth sailing & we didn’t want to leave! Thank you for going over & above for us - truly lovely couple & a lovely accommodation. We hope you will have as back as much as we want to come back Nikki & Paul x

A delightful little cottage which is perfect for a weekend or holiday, and was equipped to a very high standard in every room. The bathroom had a plentiful supply of fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries and lashings of hot water for the shower and roll-top bath. The bed was supremely comfortable, and Cath even left some bedside chocs. The kitchen has every gadget you could require, from all the usual ones, plus a coffee maker and a hot air fryer. The sitting room had a smart TV, loads of guide books, paperbacks and games. Cath was a very welcoming host who left essentials in the fridge, fresh scones and jam on the table, and even some beer and cider to get us started. She also took the trouble to leave a bed for our dog and a basket of dog toys. We couldn't have asked for more and I am sure will stay with her again.

My Dad, Daughter and I had the most wonderful weekend stay at this beautifully designed barn. The layout makes fantastic use of the space, and the large windows and doors offer breathtaking views of the surrounding grounds—open fields, trees, and wildflowers as far as the eye can see. Waking up to birdsong and heading down to feed the chickens was such a lovely touch. The barn itself was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The log burner made for cozy evenings, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rain shower and deep bath were pure luxury. The kitchen and dining area had everything you needed for cooking and entertaining. And, of course, the hot tub—an absolute highlight—was the perfect way to both start and end the day. Our host was fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. This place is an absolute gem, and we can’t wait to return!

My stay at Frances’ was absolutely lovely- she made us feel very welcome from the offset! The place is very charming and homely- I’ll be back for sure if I return to this neck of the woods!

Heather made us feel right at home. She greeted us at check-in and gave us a personal tour, along with suggestions for family activities and walks. Her place was a quaint and adorable 3 bedroom house perfect for our stay. She checked-in with us frequently and we loved the beautiful views. Thank you Heather!!

Spent the week at Michael and Caroline’s cosy barn and couldn’t have asked for a better time. Such a serene location where you’re immersed in nature. It was lovely to hear the birds chirping, the river running and the wind through the trees. The barn itself was very cosy, especially the new king size bed they’ve put in. The underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom was a nice surprise. The host themselves provided clear instructions on how to use the facilities and this made things so much easier. Only a couple of days into our stay we had already decided we’d be coming back.
