We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pictures do not do this place justice, as it is much bigger than the pictures show. The annex was very clean and spotless. Ian & Katka (Hosts) were very proactive, friendly and welcoming and went the extra mile. The swimspa and hot tub are an absolute amazing feature of the property along with the balcony and views. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Amazing break away from London city life. Amazing host and the property is flawless. Highly recommend getting a supermarket delivery to the property.

This house was amazing, perfect for our relaxing getaway! The rooms were ideal and the extra bedrooms in the annex were great. The garden and hot tub were fantastic. Trystan was a great host and nothing was too much trouble - even made sure we had an emergency delivery of wood!

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent a few days at Holls’ place. The accommodation was cosy, warm and welcoming and well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was a great addition and we enjoyed a couple of dips during our stay. Holls was very responsive, friendly and accomodating and made the effort to pop by to say hi and make sure everything was OK. Princetown itself is walkable, with a play park, a couple of pubs (we didn’t have time to eat in either of these) and a small shop stocking the essentials (although it’s pretty expensive so maybe take your milk and wine and any other necessities with you!) Dartmoor is easily accessible - highly recommend a visit to Merrivale to see the stone rows and enjoy a meal at The Dartmoor Inn. The Two Bridges at Princetown is also a great place to eat. Plymouth is nearby if you’re looking to explore the city. All in all a lovely place to stay in beautiful surroundings. We would definitely recommend 👍🏼

We had such a lovely stay at the lodges, after not very many holidays having 3 young children this was the perfect fit. So much close by - farm park, beaches but also some amazing restaurants too. In the evening when kids are tucked up you can sit under the well styled and beautifully lit and thought out balcony watching the 'nightlife'. It was most certainly the break we needed and one we will remember for a very long time.

Possibly the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Such a unique, beautiful spot. The bedrooms are super spacious with super comfortable beds and it was great to have the two toilets. The property has everything you need and has been thoughtfully designed. Everywhere was spotless! The log burner was lovely to use at night and the hot tub with the stunning views and surroundings is just perfect! We saw so many different types of birds whilst there! We would love to return and will recommend to others.

Piers was very helpful, always on hand & only a message away. The informative given about the local area & lots of eating recommendations were excellent. The driving instructions were very useful, especially following his final directions. Great location for Kingsbridge, Salcombe and surrounding areas.

We spend a week at Ringmore, but could have easily stayed several weeks due to the lovely atmosphere of the cottage, the village and the attractive surrounding. House and garden are beautiful. You can feel at home instantly. The house is bright and friendly and well equipped. The beautiful surrounding invites to stray around, walk to the beach, enjoy the landscape, walk the coastal path starting from the house at Ayrmer Cove, a small beach with amazing rocks. And have dinner at the Journeys End Inn with a very nice variety of food and of course ales. There are many more things to explore: lovely villages, churches, cathedrals, ports, gardens, museums, estuarys, Dartmoor, great coast ... The host Anna was very nice and gave us lots of information. Thanks a lot for staying at this special place and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere!

Nice spacious place, lots of outdoor space, perfect for some nice weather!

Maxine is a great host with a charming place to stay. It was a great find and perfect for our needs. Spacious with everything we needed for us and our dogs, Maxine had thought of everything. We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend to anyone else.

A really lovely week, marred only by a couple of days' rain (which of course was nobody's fault!). Taryn was extremely efficient and responsive. Barbara was charming and helpful, and explained so much about the lambing process. The house was roomy - great for a family party of nine. My granddaughter loved visiting the lambs, and even holding a newly-born lamb in her arms. Wonderful rolling hill farmland to walk the dog. Visits to the sea, Exeter and Totnes were great too. Thank you, Barbara and Taryn.

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

Laura gave us a warm welcome and immediately provided us with recommendations for somewhere to get dinner. The Stables was spotlessly clean throughout and well equipped. The surroundings are stunning and it was great seeing the horses, chickens, cats and dogs. There was an enormous thunderstorm while we were there, which was great to watch while safely tucked inside. We found the place quite difficult to find, as all of the country lanes look the same and are not for the nervous driver! However, Laura’s instructions were accurate so would definitely recommend following them closely. We had a lovely stay and couldn’t fault anything!

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Thurlstone. The apartment was ideally located on the beach making it easy for easy beach fun for the kids. They went rockpooling, swimming and made sandcastles every day. We enjoyed the views of the sunset while having dinner and drinks on the balcony. The flat was bright and spacious. We felt safe and had a comfortable stay with everything that a family of five would need. Our host was responsive, accommodating and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat :)

We had such a wonderful stay. The house was larger and more beautiful than I expected - much better than the lovely pictures. Really thoughtful amenities and touches. The staff at the hotel could not have been more welcoming or accommodating and similarly with all communication via Airbnb. The food at the Cary Arms Hotel was excellent and a stones throw from the house. Beautiful beach, breathtaking views, lovely home and a short walk from local restaurants and shops. We wished we had booked for longer. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Beautiful cottage on outstanding grounds, in a lovely area. Iona is so welcoming, makes the effort to say hello, show you around, give recommendations for the area-absolutely goes the extra mile for guests. The cottage does have lots of stairs and some low celings- not something I tend to have to think about at 5ft2, but I did while visiting here, my 6ft2 husband stayed too and maneuvered around the cottage better than me! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, a home from home. Iona has thought of everything to make the stay as comfotable as possible. We stayed with 2 young children (19mo and 3mo), there were lots of stairs and 1 stairgate. My 19mo mananaged all the stairs safely and really enjoyed his stay here. I would definitely book again! Such an amazing find!!

The caravan was spotless and in a great location on the site, the view was outstanding. The beds were very comfortable infact I will miss that bed 😀. everything was great I would happily go back there. Hayley has made the caravan very homely..son enjoyed the collection of DVDs !

We were a group of ladies and we loved Sarah's place. The house is beautiful, very homely with everything we needed. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, great showers, lovely and warm. Lots of little extra touches. The pool was fab and we had fun in the games room. We would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

We had such a lovely time at Sunset View. After a little blip getting started (which was very quickly resolved), we quickly settled in and felt right at home in Emily's comfortable and well thought out caravan. Devon Cliffs is a huge site but the van is in a great position in a quiet cul de sac so you're not 'on top' of other people. Only a 5 minute walk to the leisure area and shop and we had a lovely sea view when the sun came out! We really loved it and will definitely be back.
