The 1400 square ft pool house comfortably sleeps 6 with a private pool & hot tub and plenty of indoor/outdoor space. The pool house is located on 1 1/2 acres in an upscale neighborhood . Relax in this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home with a full kitchen, covered patio, and fully fenced yard—great for families and pets. It’s an older home with minor cosmetic updates coming soon, but it’s clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Walls are thin, so sound may travel easily between rooms. The A/C and heater are older and may take longer to adjust, and the heater can be loud. We provide portable heaters, fans, and heated blankets for added comfort during your stay.
