You can step out the door onto the River Walk system (only two blocks to the San Juan River) or enjoy a quarter mile stroll on paved sidewalk to our world famous hot springs and the heart of our downtown.

Most people who visit Pagosa Springs want to spend their time outside which you can do here, even when you get home. The partially covered 40-foot-long deck upstairs and 17 foot covered deck downstairs face west so you get to enjoy breakfast or your morning coffee al fresco and when you get home you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

This is a brand new house, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, perfect for family vacations. Home is located within walking distance to hot springs, restaurants, main street shopping, along with grocery store. Everything is close to the home. Anything that you would need to make a gourmet meal is included with the house. Beautiful in all seasons of the year. House is also located to many hiking trails with plenty of wildlife around as well.

Listen to the river from the front porch of this charming, recently restored cottage, conveniently located just off Main St. Walk to everything. Coffee shops, breweries, parks, hot springs, fine dining, pizza, sushi and tacos all within a .2 mile radius. Domesticated animals accepted under 35 lbs for a fee. For those looking to work remotely, we have the fastest internet in town!
