This newly renovated house is clean, quiet, nice, and comfortable. All of the furniture is new. Beds are medium/firm. My parents stay here one week per month and believe me, nobody is more picky than they are, so we know you’ll love the place! It has a large kitchen that is fully equipped. We have WiFi and tons of streaming services. It’s located on a dead-end street and it’s perfectly located in between the downtown area and the interstate. It’s the perfect spot to comfortably enjoy Paducah!

Located a half mile down a red gravel road the country farm house is only 15 minutes from Paducah, KY or 10 minutes to the Shawnee National Forest or Fort Massac State Park. It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
