Great location and space for a weekend getaway! We came up for business and pleasure (2 adults + doggo (huge plus!)). The location is centrally located. We went to Big Sur, Carmel, fisherman’s wharf, and Cannery Row. Cannery Row was a walkable distance (great for a post meal/drink walk) and also far enough away from the hustle and bustle. There is a grocery store conveniently nearby to grab anything you need. The home was tidy and had all that we needed. One bed is upstairs, the other is at the floor level. Both beds are comfy - it was chilly on the first floor but there were blankets in the laundry room that helped. The bathroom was clean and provided enough towels. On a clear day you can see the ocean - the greenery and ocean blue make for a nice view. The home was also easy to get in and out of. Having a parking space is a plus! We brought a 4Runner and it fit up the driveway fine (was kinda tight on a turn but we made it). Host is responsive. Overall, a successful stay!

This place is paradise. No review can say enough about the property its that good! Impressive views, cozy place, and tons to do in Aptos! Go to the redwoods, get a massage, and check out Santa Cruz and Monterey! This place is heaven!

Liz's place was exactly as described and a lovely stay. We enjoyed walking to the beach. Appreciate all the shelving and storage space. Liz was extremely helpful and kind the airbnb was beautiful and definitely worth the money.

Laura’s place was spot on for our short stay. Beach was a stones throw away, which is where the kids wanted to spend their time. The place was perfect, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Detailed instructions for the apartment to go alongside the stay and useful local information.

We had a great time at the house and really enjoyed the fact that we could so easily walk to the beach. The outdoor handheld shower was perfect for washing the sand off of everything when we got back. Overall a wonderful experience.

Such a beautiful space and so easy to get around. Hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming. Parking is easy but tight, so if your car is larger you might want to use the ample street parking. Easy either way.

Family friendly beach house - Highly recommend! We came to visit to help our college bond son move in at the University. We have a 4 yo, 2 yo and a 18 yo and everyone was happy with the place. No issues parking. We took our littles to the beach less than two blocks away and found that were some sand toys (bucket, shovel, etc) and pulled them along in the wagon which was all in the garage free for us to use! Hoping the place will be available when we plan our next visit.

Fantastic airbnb and a great location. easy walk to 41st Ave for coffee, food and shopping. We also walked to Capitola, east cliff drive and the beach. Cute backyard, fully fenced, great for our little dogs. We also enjoyed the sauna, comfy living room with a nice TV, board games, and a record player with lots of albums to choose from.

Joanne and Nicole’s apartment was very spacious, and both David and I had more than enough room to relax and enjoy our time. The home theater was such a special treat, and we really appreciated the helpful information they provided about nearby restaurants. On top of that, they generously left snacks and even pasta sauce for us, which made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor hot tub was warm, clean, and incredibly cozy, making our stay even more relaxing. The instructions they gave were very clear and easy to follow, which helped everything go smoothly from the moment we arrived. They also placed a very easy-to-understand guidebook inside the apartment, so we could quickly find anything we needed without any confusion. Thanks to their thoughtful setup and care, we were able to fully relax and enjoy a slow and peaceful two-night, three-day stay.

407 Seascape is the best unit I’ve stayed at at seascape resort. The view was awesome and the interior of the unit was beautiful. It was squeaky clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled. David was a great host and was very responsive. All the small details made us feel right at home. I will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. It was so peaceful and we felt so at home. We're already planning a return trip!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Everything was advertised. This unit had it all. Very comfortable for 2 or 3 couples. The location was spectacular.

The place is great! Beautiful location and great access to private beach. It’s one room as described, equipped kitchen and dining. Although it says for 4 people, 2 people have to use the sofas to sleep. Good for couple and 2 children. I would definitely recommend this place and location.

The location was beautiful. The beach was only seconds away from the front door and magnificent view. We went after spring break on week days and it was so peaceful. Monterey, Carmel, and Santa Cruz only a 30 minute drive. Will definitely be staying again in the future

Exquisite place to stay! The perfect serene home base for spending time in and near Carmel -- just as special as the pictures. And the hosts included all sorts of thoughtful touches that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Such a beautiful peaceful stay for our time exploring Monterey and Big Sur! We loved being able to walk right down to the beach! Perfect spot for our family to spend a long weekend trip.

This was the perfect house for our family. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The living room on the top floor had amazing views of the ocean. Would highly recommend for a family getaway.

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

We stayed here for some relaxation time with the family (adults and kids) during my kids Spring Break. We have stayed at Pajaro Dunes before and my kids have been excited to come back. Stacy’s home did not disappoint. Location of home to beach is next to none. Views from the living room are amazing. We stayed during great sunny weather (except for when we left was a down pour lol). Got to watch sunset from the backyard with was very nice. Inside the home was nice. Ping pong table was a hit. Pool table was fun too, a bit worn but that was noted in description and didn’t cause no issues. The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality pans and utensils. No issues with any cooking. Sleeping arrangements were great. Having the multiple bathrooms are a plus. All in all Stacy’s home was perfect for my group. We all had a blast in the home and at the beach. Kids did not want to leave. Thank you for letting us share your space!

We love staying here, we've come here multiple years in a row. It's cozy, well maintained, and perfect for a family of four. The garage and driveway for parking is so key for a neighborhood so close to the beach. Street parking is always taken. We love the proximity to the beach and provided beach chairs, boogey boards, pop up tent, and beach towels. We walked to roaring Camp Railroad beach pickup, the boardwalk, and multiple restaurants. Communication, check in, and check out are extremely easy. We plan on coming back again next year!
