An entire cozy cottage with isolated yard located in Kaprovani, 450 meters from the beach. This place is for those who like tranquility and enjoy being in a quiet and green environment with sounds of birds in the morning and frogs in the evening. Also, occasionally cows and horses passing by the gravel road. There are two small grocery stores and some seasonal cafes in the area, 7 min drive to Ureki train station and fish market, 25 min drive to closest port city Poti.

Leading onto a patio with mountain and river views, the air-conditioned vacation home consists of 1 bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are featured in the vacation home. There's also a seating area and a fireplace. Gomismta is about 20 km or 30 min away by car.

House is located in a 800sq.m garden with private entrance and parking. located in the center of Kobuleti a street away from main thoroughfare and 4 min ( by walk) from the beach & boulvard.
